Rooms require a lot of maintenance. Otherwise It got an awesome location.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We had 3 rooms (2x triple bed and 1 double bed) which was sufficient for 10-12 people. The rooms are big enough, the bathrooms have geysers(working condition) ,the rooms are clean and warm and the view from this terrace or balcony is mesmerizing. First of all we booked this hotel online (Hotel Winter Green, but eventually we came to know that its the same place), the service boy here is excellent, like he knows how to welcome and entertain the guests, he not only entertained but did his job pretty well. Even at night when we called him, he instantly gets to our door. The best thing about this hotel is that just below our hotel, there is a pharmacy, and its located very close to the mall area, fooding was available nearby. And lastly the pricing is also very reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very rude staff. Worst place to stay. No elevator and the rooms are from second and third floor with high elevation. I would recommend you to stay anywhere but not here . You will get many hotels at this price with much better facilities.

We stayed here for 2 nights in January 2022. The experience was very good. The rooms were really spacious and clean for a budget hotel. The staffs were professional and very helpful. It is just 2 to 3 minutes walk to MG Marg which makes it really convenient for shopping and folding with so many restaurants nearby.

Very good hotel near MG Marg Gangtok. Just 2 mins from MG Marg. The hotel manager and service boys are very good. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Washroom has geyser work all time. From terrace you can view Kanchenjunga and Gangtok city.

i’ll mannered staff. Rooms are from second and third floor with no elevator. i will recommend you to not to stay here. They should definitely change their staff to same well mannered and professional

The receptionist was very rude. The room was not good and clean. The stairs were very uncomfortable. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. Make sure you'll check the room before stay there.

This hotel is very good for stay.. rooms are very clean and well decorated.. the behaviour of the staff are also commendable. The hotel is in good location at namnang road. M G marg is also within 2 mintues walk from here..
