Thank you Sikkim Continental for your excellent staff with great behaviour. One would love the view from hotel along with spacious rooms and very comfortable stay. Breakfast options are good and we enjoyed the stay with all facilities available. Snacks provided with their own will in the evening when we missed breakfast that day. MG Marg is accessible by foot for youngsters, have to climb many stairs/ walk through roads, but not very near. This is on main road and good location for the city tour as well.

Stayed there for 3 nights and god it was a nightmare. The staff is so good and the services are also quite decent but the rooms were in a very bad shape, i dont know how can they label them as a 3 star hotel i would love to rate them a 1 star ( considering the condition of rooms only not counting the staff and the services here) for the condition of rooms. On the check in day i got a room right next to the main road which was a nightmare. I was not able to sleep the whole night because of the ongoing traffice noise and this was room number 201 i am talking about. Not only this the washroom had so many issues too, the waterflow was not proper there and the WC tank had issues too (sorry for the disgust 😅). Asked them to change the room and the next day got another room i.e. room number 206 the room had an amazing kanchenjunga mountain view kudos to the view but here also i experienced same washroom issues. All in all i would recommend to look out for a genuine 3 star hotel rather than this. But still i would like to appreciate the staff there . They are very kind and welcoming 😊.

View room is awesome. But don't fall for the Google shown distance from MG Marg. One needs to climb lots of steep stairs to get to the mg marg as the place situated at down hills. Basic service is good , warm water but toilet was not cleaned before we arrived. Our main problem was we paid for extra bed as we were three people but they provided only matress and it was lying on the floor, staff informed it was their room policy . One cannot sleep on the floor and others on the bed , we managed in a single bed as the bed was big . They should have told the same earlier. So book after consideration all of these.

Such a wonderful hotel I have ever seen . Excellent staff, food service and behaviour. Their breakfast time usually starts from 7-30am but my check out was on 7:00 am, as i have taken free breakfast package they made aloo paratha for me before my check out time.. Thank you sikkim continental. Location - 8-10 mins walking distance from MG marg, u can walk or can take share taxi from the door step of the hotel. ( 20rs. Per person)

Hotel is really good and we search hotel with Jain food. We r really happy that we got all type of good food. |Staff was really soooooo good . Locality is also good as very near to market. Staff name Pavitra and Amrita is very nice . Ramesh and rohal r also soooo kind. |Thanks

The hotel Sikkim Continental has the best view location in Gangtok. Very nice service and cooperative staff. And the main thing was the food was very delicious. The view from the hotel was really nice. It was a good experience to be there and thanks for the good hospitality.

Very clean maintained and very nice hotel, I am going to refer this hotel to my friends and family for staying here. Staff of the hotel Pavithra, Sahil and Ramesh are very cooperate and humble people and happy with thier service. Hotel also in premium location and near to MG marg. Thanks
