The housekeeping team kept my room spotless, and the restaurant staff provided top-notch service, making every meal a delightful experience. We are staying one day in this hotel.. its position is very good. Within 5 min walking distance from male road . But the room is not up to the mark. And also the food quality is good.

Worst Experience ever 1. They provided very dirty stinky UNWASHED bedsheets, pillows, pillow covers, blanket covers 2. There was a big patch of vomiting stain on one blanket. 3. One room's bedsheet was ripped and torn. They didn't even change the bedsheets even after multiple requests. They probably didn't have extras in stock. 4. Most funny was, they put a single blanket in a double size blanket cover to make it look like a double size blanket. 5. Last but not the least, the manger was highly drunk. It was very uncomfortable to talk with him. And he was speaking and shouting over the phone with someone while sitting back on a chair like a boss, making the place very uneasy and uncomfortable for ladies and guests. This is the first time we have seen a hotel manager on duty being drunk. 😂 😂

Service was the worst..Most of the food was not available from the menu provided.Room floor was always wet.No power supply whenever power cut.. The bathroom was smelling.. Don't check-in in this hotel..it's a waste of money.

The worst ever hotel you will ever visit...service was so bad like no cleaning was done room was small and congested...bathroom was horrible,floor was wet and bad smell used to come from bed and room...the blankets and bed were horrible....the food was awful and we wasted our time and money in such a horrible hotel...please ensure you don't book here without enquiring the hotel...also we shift to another room and our luggage was also not shifted by their staffs so we had to carry our own things...the manager and behaviour of staffs were also very rude

Best stay near M.G Marg. Just 2 min distance from M.G.Marg. Service and room quality is awesome. Highly recommended for stay in gangtok.
