I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and we were three girls (me, my mom and my sister). I must admit it was my and my family's best experience till date. The staffs are so co-operate and provide amazing service to individual guest. My mom loved their services as she wanted to stay longer but due to other plans we couldn't make it. But next time we love to stay with them for longer period. This hotel rooms are so neat and clean with huge space and great staff services. I will definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel for at least one day to experience their staff services.

Very good place to stay.Near MG Marg and very close to Cinema Hall. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mountains from Restaurant. Staffs are well mannered and very helpful. They also provides transportation services at very reasonable rates.

I stayed here for 3 Nights Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. They have two types of rooms Deluxe and Super Deluxe. Deluxe Rooms are Quite Decent one while Super deluxe are mountain facing rooms and very nice and spacious.

I enjoyed the hotel overall. The view was great, and it's close to the main city. Avoid drinking tap water, so my advice is to ask for hot water or bottled water.

The room was not up to the standards mentioned in the website, a lot of amenities were not available that was mentioned in the website The extra bed was not provided and prepared. The room was not clean , the bathroom was very dirty. When asked to clean the room, the staff provided an excuse stating that housekeeping had left the property. The manager and staff behaviour was very rude, one of the staff used abusive language when asked to clean the rooms. I'm a hotel manager at holiday inn express, york and I deal with Agoda, but I have never faced such issues. I'm travelling with my 3 months old baby, I have informed the property that I will manage for one night, but I will not be staying for the next day.

One of the most horrible experiences ever. Worst place to stay in Gangtok. Horrible attitude of reception manager. Dull, unresponsive staff. Dirty premises. Poor food. Don't ever book this "Gantok central rooms" even it's the last option. Sleep on the footpath but not in this hotel. Last warning - the descriptions in the online portal are all misleading. None of them are adhered to in reality.
