Food quality so bad...Food plates are not cleaned properly....Chowmin plate is too small...Hotel floor are not clear enough... There behaviour is not upto the level...Don't ever go there...

Horrible experience. Our entire trip got ruined because of this hotel. The hotel owner has no manners at all. Spoke so rudely with my mother. Poor service. Has poor rooms. When we asked for an alternative room, they charged us extra. No room service for days. We had to tolerate them because we prebooked otherwise we would have left the place within minutes. The staffs are not so great. Trust me, you won't even stay here for free.

In simple language it's a 3rd class hotel. And with manner less Bengali stuffs. The local guy who sit in reception is very polite and rest all bengali stuffs are totally disgusting and misbehave with customers. Then, come to room the rooms are too small even there is no mirror in the room, no hanger for hanging clothes. Even geyser were not working properly. Rooms are not maintained properly, seems they provide used bed covers. No proper lights in the room. However, the foods are good. It's not recommended for further.

Excellent location. Nice staff and happy stay! We got to know this place through our guide. This is very very close to MG marg. Very good to stay here if you want to explore mg marg markets and the food. You will not notice the hotel, unless someone guides you. The name board is very small. The entrance is not that great. You need to step down and then climb and that's when you reach the reception. Overall service was good. The staff are well behaved and helpful. But hesitate to take luggage. We stayed here for 3 nights with couple days in a row and a day later on. We had an instance where the staff made us take our luggage saying no staff are available. This will be difficult due to the location. Rooms are congested. Not that large for a comfortable stay. Hot water and other services like wifi work fine. No issues around that. View from hotel is excellent. Top floor is the kitchen and dining area. Here you get a very nice view of Kanchanjunga hill range. We had breakfast on couple of days. You need to have breakfast here if you need to leave early in the morning. Mg marg hotels don't open until 9-9.30. Food was fine. We had got Puri. Overall nice place to stay. Although it involves some compromises, due to the place and price on offer (1.5k),the stay is worth. Thanks!

Decent hotel for family and friends. View from the rooftop is awesome. Food is very good and specially Bengali foods are awesome. Service is very good.

Everything bad that I could say about this hotel from my experience will be appreciating this hotel. The rooms are extremely small with dampened walls and water clogged bathrooms. The owner Mr. Satyam Sahu behaved very badly with us because he haven't got any sense of talking with customers. Every bit of the owner and his father along with the ambiance of the hotel speaks of Unprofessionalism and goony. Its a no-no for me from each and every aspect of travelling.

It is a good hotel, location is fine, rooms are clean and everything is fine according to price. Satyam Ji is very helpful and he also sent us Travel Card without asking money. He arranged a budget package for Lachung Trip..and took care us by communicating time to time. The Hotel arranged at Lachung was also a good hotel...but the behaviour of driver who drove our vehicle was not so good. He preferred his choice of Nepali song always but I can't blame Satyam Ji for the behaviour of driver and for which I didn’t make any complaint to Satyam Ji. I also suggested others to stay at this Hotel. I m also planing to visit again in this Hotel in October. Overall a good hotel. Its human nature that a man can't laugh always to make others happy...
