Honest reviews are getting reported. Well done keep it up. I will again post the same. Very poor service, no room service are available, couple of staff s are there only, food is also not properly served. Very poor quality food. We were all senior citizens knowing that they gave us rooms which was in the 4th floor. More over the behaviour of the lady who claims herself the Vice President of the hotel was intolerable. Overall a very bad experience, so we had to leave the hotel one day earlier because of the behaviour. I request you all not to waste your money in this kind of hotels. (0/100) Thank you.

The worst experience I had with Eden Hotel, they are unable to serve you drinking water, the owner Ms Harshita Malik has attitude problem, does not know how to talk to a client, every staff of her remains very shy and in fear of something, every time they ask their owner for the permission if you ask something to do or to provide, does not have laundry service, don't take card payments. No lift in the property, toilets are not so cleaned, room cleaning not done properly. In a sentence this hotel is not recommended to any one.

No room service.. Only a couple of Staff available for room service.. Dim light in the room as well as in the staircase.. No lift and you need to carry your own luggage all by yourself.. TV was not working.. Senior citizens need to walk to 4th floor and above by staircase.. Not at all for senior citizens

The rooms, the view, the service, the Manager everything is great.... Have some little imperfections but everything has that... Definitely recommend this hotel... 😊

Clean rooms but very slow service and tv isn't working not all channels available food is ok.

Clean rooms and washrooms, very polite staff, food served here is fresh. Overall very good experience.

The hotel is cheap and the owners are cheaters. Have heard they have taken money from people and are not returning back.Do not deal with them
