Stayed in this hotel. Worst experience in my life. Dirty rooms, worst food, inefficient room boys and front desk. Booked through Make My Trip with good rating. Hotel and MakemyTrip fooling people. No kettle, no TV, dirty linen and towels etc. etc.

Do not stay in this absolute dump hotel. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. You can see the geyser wair is open no safety. No table not even a single chair in the room. No hangers no light in bathroom even tv not recharge. Now u can make your choice.

Staffs were so humble and polite, the property manager Mr. Sindhu was so helpful and guide us through out the tour. And the most memorable thing about our tour was food which was very delicious. The view of Mt. Kanchenjunga from our room was so mesmerizing.

OUTSTANDING We were impressed by the hospitality by all the hotel staff. Especially the ambience, has a very good vibe hotel experience. The rooms has clear view of Kanchendzonga peak. Overall it was very pleasant experience for me and my family, and we look forward to stay here on our next visit to Pelling. Thank you Mr. Ankit(owner) and all the staffs for your immense support and hospitality.

Overall an average hotel, not very premium. But good room service and view from the hotel. Food taste is average.

Nice Hotel to stay while you are around Pelling. Its value for money. But finding the hotel would be a bit difficult. The board is very small and hotel is located in the first floor. Staff will help you get things to your room. Very nice staff. You won't have complain. They dont have heater for all rooms. There is one which can be provided. The rooms themself are very spacious. But our room was very cold. Not sure if it is because of wide windows(closed all the time though) or something else. We can here are lachung and we found rooms to be cold! You can imagine! There are good restaurants around and hotel itself provides food as well. Attached menu from the hotel. Overall nice experience.
