Hotel Pemasonam

Room quality was average. Spacious but there were bugs and spider webs in the room. Service was problematic. They were failing to deliver on basics like we ordered for hot water (drinking) which they delivered after 1 hour when requested. Ordered milk at 5pm in the evening for kids (which we bought from outside as it was not available with them, they just had to heat it up), they never delivered. Asked to clean the bathroom on the 2nd day of stay which they denied. Food and water was the biggest concern. Drinking water that they provided was reddish and their evening snacks, Dinner, Breakfast although not bad in taste made us all sick (vomiting and bad stomach) after eating. Even the other touring parties felt sick after having their food (we overheard their conversation in the dining room). They probably cook their food in that reddish water. Only positive was the Kanchenjunga view from balcony which probably you can only experience from room 303 (top floor balcony).

The experience was bad..Rooms were not worthy according to price..The service was also not good.. There's less staff, only one young girl was handling the hotel.Geyser was not working..We had early train in the morning.Inspite of informing them at night, there's no water in the morning..They didn't even answer the phone..We were going to miss the train due to them. So overall experience was not worthy.

The manager is worst. He charged for foods for a 3yrs old kid. The hotel rooms,bathroom are visibly lacking proper maintenance. Were not able to give us a single towel during my 3days stay. Only good part is the foods are good and staffs are co-operative. Not recommended.

I had a really nice time there (2N 1D).. All staff behavior was commendable, impressive. The food and ambience were good, family-friendly environment. They welcome guests positively. This hotel is almost near to the upper Pelling helipad and we enjoyed a small evening walk to the helipad through the trail, crossing football ground. The nearby sightseeing aren't far away from this hotel. Overall, I loved their amenities!

One of the best average pricing hotel in pelling. I have stayed for 3nights 2days, The ambience was so amazing. And specially the manager was so cool and well behaved, he knows how to deal with customers. And a cute smile in his face every time! Best of luck guys! And don't look at the negative comment just go and feel then come back!

I went there with my wife, father and mother in the beginning of November. Early this year we also went Pelling but it was too rainy, so we visit this time after rainy season. It was nice weather there. The hotel staff gave us a worm welcome. The floor was covered with marvel and cleaned nicely. The room was also well decorated as well as the bed too. Both room's are viewed room. The bathroom is small but has a greaser. We have not face water problem for any moment. The hotel staff was very good and co-operate every time. I booked the room including food. They gave us good quality food and the quantity what we need . In one word the hotel is marvellous.

We stayed for (31/03/2015 & 01/04/2015) 2 Nights at Pelling. Actually we had stayed at Hotel Snow View which is opposite to this Hotel. As Hotel Snow views kitchen was not functioning they got us dinner from outside & that was horrible. In morning we approached Mr. Chhotelal Singh - owner of Hotel Pemasonam for our meal and he arranged delicious breakfast at his restaurant and on our request for further meal i.e. lunch etc Mr. Chhotelal made all arrangement for our Lunch. All food we had at this hotel were delicious and as per our requirement (Jain Food) at very reasonable price. We also had a look at this hotel's room and they are spacious, neat & Clean. I had a really good experience spending my stay at the hotel. The staffs were cooperative. Rooms were hygienic and they maintained all the covid protocols. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.
