Expect the unexpected during your stay in this hotel. We stayed in room number 318 and 319. You can see mosquitoes and cockroaches. No fan in rooms. AC is centralised but no cooling at all. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the worst hotel we ever stayed.Not having ample light in the room. In rest rooms you can see flying bugs.TV was not working on room 318. Can't express our disappointment in words. Only plus point is the location of this hotel. Buffet provided was below average. For the price they charge, expectation was high but very poor experience during our stay. This hotel building is 33 years old, I guess. So take all your risks to stay here.

Location is good but the property is not maintained well. The food is horrible. Hotel occupancy level was also not appreciable.

The hotel is one of the worst I have been too. Apart from the location, there’s nothing to speak highly of. The service, especially the reception staff is incompetent. They sit in their rooms while no one is at the desk. Highly unprofessional. They declined to give us a room two hours prior to check in time even when the room was vacant. The furniture and upholstery is poorly kept. Highly disappointed, do not book at any price they offer👎🏼

Not clean . Smells. Leaking in bathroom. Network problem. Electronic devices does not work. Staff does not helps you. Hotel wifi doesn’t works in your room . Not worth for money they are charging.

This is the second time in 15 months that I had held a family banquet. Let me start with the best part. Chef Ahilan is the best. He knows how to cook and serve it at the right temperature and freshness. Both the times it was a mixed menu and their Mutton Biriyani and Masala fried fish is absolutely the best. The next awesome thing is their hall. It was constructed in a generic format but perfect for any set up or decoration. They have an in-house contractor for decoration, slightly pricy but worth it since they had been experienced for decades including cine sets. The third best thing is the Parking. The hotel can accommodate 100 cars, what more is needed?. But over and above all of this, the banquet management team Mr.Boobesh and Mr.Raja are perfect. I personally owe a lot to Mr.Raja since he is one of the most professional, diligent and responsibile banquet professional I had ever dealt with. Both the times his service was absolutely amazing. Basically he made our events happen perfectly. I will definitely host many more future events here as well. Thank you team.

I booked the most luxurious room in abu palace hotel around 4k +plus tax but in reality the hotel manger should give me 5 k for staying in this very dirty and soo horrible rooms 1- so slippery and i slop of while watching in that dirty bathroom 2- a/c not working properly so I searched atleast to sleep with fan ( but there is no fan at all in the room) 3- so many mosquitoes >totally a worst decision i ever took in my life ever Plzzz Don't ever book rooms in this hotel guys Kind request Guys - plz don't do the mistake - Ilike I say the google pictures of rooms which looks good only in google ok !! Warning...!!!! Plz don't book

Good hotel but the staff can ne trained better. They keep gosseping about the guests unnecessarily.
