SPOT ON Zam Zam Residents Near Marina Beach

Very rude behavior of the receptionist. He literally asked us to get out since we were checking in early despite offering early check in money. The guy has no manners. We were on the verge of canceling but owner intervened. On second thought we should have cancelled. Not clean and no drinking water or other facilities. Just one room. We paid extra for early check in though it was not worth paying.

Could have been better. Water supply is terrific. You can't brush or have bath with the kind of water thats running through the tap. Its too damn hard. Also the AC was full of dust. Reception doesn't accept OYO bookings. Make sure you confirm with oyo before. I had to check in manually with cash which costed me 400 rs extra.

No parking space. Ambience is absent. Staff is not friendly. Dirty rooms and washrooms. We booked the rooms from MMT. The photos shown on website and the reality is totally different. Surrounding is also dirty. Not offered the things guaranteed. Booked 3 rooms but got only 2 rooms. No hot water facility for Non-AC rooms. TV is not working fine. I don't prefer to stay here.

Good place for budget oriented people. *Wi-Fi was excellent. *TV had no channels except for the free one's , they did not pay for any other. *Bed linens were not changed for my 3 days of stay over there . *Good lighting in room. *toliet was not spacious and the water was salty everytime 24*7. *charging point is high up on the wall, so bring a large wire to make yourself comfortable. *Some receptionist were friendly and supportive but some were very rude. I came here for the US visa appointment, the embassy is 2.4kms far away. That's a 20 mins walk down the road. Hope this helps you. Thank you.

Hotel is good for single & budget travelers. I have booked an room online ₹400, i got a single small room, they didn't provide any Bed Sheet, room wasn't clear, also you'll find some smell & mosquitoes are Free Of Cost. Though it's good, they provide to cheek in at 8am & check out next day at 10am. Also they provide a cup of Tea Free. 🙂

Booked ac room using cleartrip for 500. But when i reached, they said you will be getting non ac with indian bathroom at this rate. And room was not clean. I already paid so no chance to look for another. So i have to pay another 500 for AC. Hotel was in a not clean place. Garbage and so. Do not recommend

I booked it and I cursed myself many times. Very congested rooms, in Chennai no proper ventilation. They just give rooms, that is it. The tap was not working and was dripping the whole night. I couldn't sleep due to that. It's better to stay in railway dormitory than this.

Friendly staff but little language problems with them. Hotel have nice atmosphere but located remotely so it is somehow difficult to identity it. It is near to beach lovers destination( marina beach) and some more famous tourist attractions. Advantages are friendly staff and local interaction. Disadvantages are location and accessible to food.
