Capital O 18946 Admire Suit Hospitality

My son was booked into this hotel by his company via makemytrip! They refused to honour the confirmed booking and did not allow him to stay there. He was stranded! When he made a noise, they said that he had come to the wrong hotel which was not correct of course! This in my opinion is cheating!

Worst experience in the reception that lens wearing guy was behaving very bad his behaviour is not good and he is looking my girl friend and coming out side for getting number very worst hotel don't go it's not safe the receptionist lens wearing guy behaviour was too bad don't go with families and with girls.

Hotel is good Mr siva the receptionist doing his job great. Even the rooms are looking amazing.

Worst OYO I have ever been. Bedspreads were dirty, torn, it smells as soon as you open the door, dark lights, dirty restroom with black stains. I cant even rate this OYO with 1 star. Please do not prefer this place.

Good hotel but needs a lot of improvement in amenities and service. Bed sheets weren't washed properly. House Keeping staff is lethargic. Taps and showers are mostly rusted. Wifi signals, I didn't get even 1 bar in my room. Hanging lamps are placed very dangerously. It hit my head several times. Reception staff are very courteous and humble. I recommend it for short stays, especially for Business travelers as the place is in a prominent location having easy connectivity.
