It starts off with me getting denied check in because the online price that I booked for was too low and asked me to call customer care. After paying offline at their rate they gave me a horrible room with AC not working (Room 204). The room was pathetic and so dirty, might as well go to a local hotel or hostel. Then later that night when I complained at the reception because guess what, there is no intercom, they changed my room at midnight, where I was introduced with cockroaches as well. Very unsanitary hotel, dont recommend anyone to stay there as the location is also very shady in a dark alley.

I wish i could give negative stars. They do not have provided the basic necessity that is water and charged a huge amount. They went ahead and further requested payment for 24-25 Mar when we already checked out on 24th March. Please stop serving people if this is how you treat.

I have checked in for a day with my family especially with my one year old kid. The room was not cleaned properly,smelled so stingy, bed sheets were not washed properly, curtains looked so dirty. Toilet was unhygienic state, television was not working properly. Other than location,this won't be agreater option to stay.

Water issue....After taking room,water blockage started...At night the problem solved...But next day morning again problem started ... Asked for another room but they told there is no another room available even though plenty rooms available...Rooms are Good but Cockroaches are there,, Toilets are not that much good

Terrible stay in my life. Tv not working properly. Blanket, pillow cover too dirty. In bathroom diverter not working They didn't maintain the rooms. Really worst experience. They make fool us. The floor was sticky ; And the rooms smelled bad. Shower and hand flush were not working. Only piping hot water was available whenever the tap was opened. Normal water was not available. Above the room cost us 3000 rupees for two persons which was too high when compared to its standards. Bucket and mug was not available in the room .when asked we were given a bucket used by another person from a nearby open room .

Coming from the airport at 12, dropping my friend off. It’s inside T Nagar, and from the outside it looks ok. Just as a precaution I walk inside with my friend. He doesn’t speak Tamil. There’s no receptionist, but there’s an old security guard watching a video at full blast. He tells us to sit and wait. A little while later a gentleman who looks like the local drug dealer arrives. He tells us to wait. The manager has gone to buy food. My father’s waiting in the car outside. I’m getting antsy and the plastic flowers on the reception desk don’t look promising. The security guard looks pissed off that we are pacing instead of sitting. He insists we sit. His tone is getting aggressive. Thankfully he looks like he is 82 and incapable of being too dangerous. The other Boy.. but before things can escalate the manager is here! He looks like he’s been in a few fights. He tells us there’s no record of a booking and there’s no room. Then he gets a brainwave and checks the booking id. Oh there is a booking! By now, I’m suspicious. The security guard suddenly sprays Hit on the curtains. We ask to see the room. It is neat. It smells of fresh cigarette smoke. The sheets have odd brown stains. The bathroom has been cleaned, but not very seriously. We ask to see another room. No smoke but more suspicious stains. We take our bags and leave. My friend stayed in our house for the weekend. I slept in the hall. After a few long arguments they agreed to refund the money. Avoid it if you’re not looking for an adventure.
