OYO 66942 Venus Residency

Not well Maintained. All the bedsheets are stained and the receptionist isn’t ready to change . They showed us multiple rooms and all the bedsheets were stained the same way 😅 On asking the receptionist started speaking rudely & if im paying for the service , is should get the service . They showed us 4-5 rooms , all having besheets stained , lizards in the room 😫, washroom ceilings are broken . Tariff for ac rooms are 1500 for 2 people , AC making sounds and not able to sleep bcuz of that disturbing sound . Thats not how you fool people for your service . ❌Not recommended ❌

The good: the place is located in a prime location with easy access to bus, metro, and railway station, thus very well connected. The bad: the staff were unresponsive at times and needed to be reminded of things repeatedly. The rooms are smaller than they're advertised to be. Finally, the WiFi connection is akin to a crawling snail given that 5.1 mb file download took upwards of 21 min as of Feb 6th 2020. My judgement would be that this place is fine for a short and quick stay if you wouldn't be staying put a lot in the room

Very worst service experience . When reach no towel,water,no tea, no breakfast nothing given . When you ask then only this type of service is not recommended. Later on provided. Internal bathroom fittings not proper, no cleaning inside . No setop box, no wifi password share. .

One of the worst hotel experience. Our business folks checked in and hotel reception and owner guy attitude was having very rude behaviour. Its like they have given us room in charity and we have got stuck because of paying in advance. Highly low graded hotel.

Nice place to stay, WiFi,Geyser,Lift,TV,Towel ,Soap, are facilitated, very near to secunderabad railway station and local bus transit, metro near by , Ambience is good, People are polite and humble.
