Super Collection O Hotel Lotus Grand Near Secunderabad Railway Station

This hotel is near secunderabad railway station and I booked through OYO. I made early check in at 7 AM whereas checkin time is 12 Noon. While booking through OYO, they assured early checkin but charged me extra 500 rs for it. Also, they treat normal and OYO customers differently. For OYO customers, they dont provide complementary breakfast whereas for regular customers, they give 24 hours check in and comp. BF also. This is discriminatory in nature. The single room which was given to me was having very poor bed which was sinking in nature and floor tiles were broken. very poor indeed. Bathroom window door is wide open and overall bad experience. Only good thing was they provided hot water for bathing with ease. Hotel is not so pricey but they provide all hot dishes in plastic plates which is really not right. Veg meals hot gravies are not given in separate cups. Otherwise food was ok. Overall not satisfied with this hotel.

Rooms are quite neat and clean. Welcoming staffs and amenities are all upto mark. Bathrooms do not have geyser so hot water is unavailable. Otherwise it is a great option if you need a room near to the railway station. Does not overcharge on the price you get on booking platforms.

Worst Hotel I ever Visited In Hydrabad... 1) After 24 hrs travelling when i asked Mr Kedar (Hotel Staff) to give Check in he said we are not getting booking.. after1 hrs waiting he said sir i want payment screenshot this can be checked at time of checkout also... 2) Rs. 500/- they are taking for Key Security deposit That is Good thing but while checkout time they should keep mind that the amount is deposit not tarrif amount they are forgetting to return the amount...

Male receptionist behaviour is very bad and arogant person, i informed he person not suitable for your hotel business, I booked a hotel online, I paid directly to the hotel, the hotel receptionist did not issue the bill, said that you will get your bill online, it is written in the app that where you paid, the bill will be given now. Sir please resolve my problem 🙏

Worst hotel, On the main railway station road, person asked me to multiple time to check their luxry hotel with minimum cost of 1800 Their 1800 rs room are not having value of 500 rs. I took their high cost room of 3500 which was average in look, after entering in room i saw AC not working. They changed my room and in that when i went to washroom there is water is toilet. For plates i called three time that they bring in 2 hour. Too worst experience

The receptionist behaviour is very rude i booked two days the rooms are very worst i never seen in my experience like this hotel. The rooms was bed bugs ,cockroaches ther service was very bad. I never recommend this hotel. And i vacate one day because of bed bugs and cockroaches, and i ask receptionist this is your problem he said i cant di anything

Very bad experience...is very rude..old lady receptionist behavior is very bad...she is refuse my online booking through OYO in 15 days Advance I have received booking confirmation from OYO and I had paid full amt through online when I visit to hotel with my family,old lady receptionist said no rooms are available we all dis point that time so please don’t book this hotel through online from OYO I had very bad experience My humble request all of you do not book this hotel.

On the expensive side considering facilities provided. Bed bugs and cockroaches found, hot water unavailable.
