FabHotel Metro

It's not a Fab hotel as claimed but Oyo. I booked 5 rooms for four days but one of the rooms was not a standard one and not like those in the pics. I had to argue with them the next day to get a better one and they provided it the second day. I tried to pay bill with the card at the time of check in but the receptionist told they charge extra 2 percent for that which is against RBI norms but since it was mid night and I had elderly people and young children with me I had to oblige. The receptionist seemed quite rude at the time. It was a bit straining. He seemed ok later though. I again had to ask for bathroom towel and toileteries. They provided only one towel for four days in an executive room. Hot water was not available most of the times in bathroom. The room I stayed was flooded with streetlight during the night. Rooms were clean , bed and sheets were neat and tidy. Location is in a (gully) street but is very convenient. It claimed to be a three star hotel but is far below that.

Very bad experience with the hotel. Location of the hotel is very rowdy and the nearby area is very dirty. There is no proper car parking in the hotel. The ramp is very sloply so you cannot park your car in the parking area. I had to park my car in Secunderabad railway station. The service of hotel is also very poor. There is no hot water for a complete two days. There is no fab in the hotel it is completely Oyo hotel felling.

Rooms are not as per the picture. Rooms are dusty and very tiny insects keep roaming on the bed. The beds are not cleaned thoroughly. It has hair and stains from previous guests. It’s not worth the money. The bathroom and toilet is worth 0stars. I booked two nights but did not go there the 2nd night although it meant losing the money.

Horrible experience . No way near the photo in the booking site . No drinking water will be provided , they don’t provide even a glass I spite of asking ( I booked a deluxe room !!!) Complete cheating ….Additional 150 + tax paid while booking for break fast and they said they don’t serve breakfast and they can get it from outside and they got a local Masala Dosa 😩😩 Overall horrible experience and Fab is cheating big time

When I clearly asked is it a oyo your support Assistant told me its not oyo but when we reach there its oyo and why do you guys need Aadhar card pics of our when there is a law to not to take a copy its very disgusting the service is not at all good I am literally mad by your support and never gonna come back at your services

This is not Fab, it's oyo rooms. Rooms are okay but location is horrible. The prices are High for an oyo so they cheat naming it has fab hotels. Basic amenities are not provided.

It’s Metro In . If you book thru Fab hotels it becomes Fabhotel Metro . Don’t know with how many others they have this arrangement. No water glasses are provided in the room for the reasons best known to them . Electric kettle and fridge are for photo purposes only. No tea bags or sugar pouches will be provided . Most hilarious is TV with proper remote is provided in working conditions. But nothing comes on TV . You can watch your Netflix etc from your smartphones on TV says the manager ! Jai Ho !! 🤓

No hot water. Taps are leaking. Location is horrible. Nobody is attending the issues. They are giving instructions to me.
