I booked a room for 2 adults in this hotel by oyo and paid the money online. On arrival the hotel manager denied the check in and said no room is available and then asked for extra money to book a room in nearby hotel. After i complaint on customer service the manager modify the booking by saying they have booking for 1 adult only even after i showed him the booking details. Even the Customer service of oyo was not that useful because the call was droping frequently as they put my call on hold. Recommend everyone to not book a room in this hotel and avoid using oyo to book a room in any hotel

Worst hotel and worst experience of my life. I booked but they did not allow me to check in and staff behaviour was very roudly.
