Hotel's location is good but I faced many problems with my lodging. Complimentary breakfast is available. My room was clean but there are a few issues with this lodging. Let me tell you the drawbacks of this lodging: 1. The staff controls the AC with an external main switch outside the room. 2. AC wasn't giving any cooling effect, the fan was better :p 3. The toilet commode facet was absent and there was no toilet paper also. 4. The staff's response to complaints are delayed. 5. They have a policy of no hot water during summer. End result, there are better hotels for the same price.

DO NOT GO WITH OYO APP RATING. I believed the same and below was my experience. 1. Not hygienic, you can smell pann-gutkha anywhere in the hotel. 2. Asked for toiletries but hotel staff refuses to provide, but later in the evening when asked to hotel owner it was provided so you can imagine the kind of co-cooperativeness from staff 3. I can bet that poison will much more sweeter than the water in this hotel. 4. Water was full of mud 5. No towels, have to use Immersion Rod for hot water. 24/7 hot water supply is no there. 5. It looks like that poha and tea provided in breakfast from pind balluchi restaurant was made 3 days before. strongly NOT RECOMMENDED

Love the staying at the hotel, it nice, clean, well maintained. The hotel staffs are very polite and kindly as well as helpful. They can help in every problems. Beside the hotel, there is a ATM, which is very helpful for your daily purposes, you don't have to worry about cash. The food of the hotel is also awesome, even there is a family resturent just beside the hotel which gives you delicious food for your every meal. You can feel like as home. The another advantage is it's just side of the main road, so you don't have to worry about any transportation. There is also parking space, which is good.

Pathetic hotel. Poor guest services. Rude manager and property owner. I booked it in advance by checking it's pictures but the property was entirely different in actual. Train station DOM is better than this. Bathroom wont have hot water running when you need it. Bathroom doest have shower and floor is full of Pan spitting. It's not even a worth of 500 RS/day. Also, receptionists doest know how to talk to customer. Simply avoid this hotel.. there are so many around the area.check those.

The hotel is located very near to tourist spots (everything is in radius of ~ 5 km). Rooms were neat & clean. They had already put an extra bed in all the rooms. Also, one can avail food services from Pind Balluchi it's just besides the hotel and is owned by the hotel itself (the hotel doesn't have a inbuilt restaurant). Room service was quite good though. WiFi is available free of cost to the guests. One of the problem with hotel is parking, parking is full because of Pind Balluchi and the hotel staff doesn't take care much about that. So whenever you see any parking space free just go for it. Overall it was a good experience here. #hotel #goodservice #cheap

The hotel stay was not comfortable. I stayed in Room No. 117. The bathroom fixtures were broken, the basin pipe leaked. The Air Conditioner was not working. The room had lot of mosquitos but no mosquito repellent. The lady at the reception was over-smart, she tried to give an excellent rating to the hotel, herself, by borrowing my mobile under the pretext of checking the online payment receipt. Poor stay overall, totally disappointed.

This place is best avoided. The owner used the "fullness" of the hotel to argue for a higher price, though we later discovered we were the only guests. The water and electricity were shut off during the night and staff were very reluctant to turn them back on. The shower hardly functioned anyway. The hotel is located on a very busy road which can be easily heard from inside. Complimentary towels, but no cover on the blankets. Overall not the worst hotel, but good rooms can be found for much cheaper rates and much closer to the main sites in Agra.

I booked the room from OYO Rooms at this hotel. I checked in and gave my ID proof along with the advance payment of tariff. After spending a few minutes in the room. I was asked to come down to reception. The owner of the hotel, told me that he will not allow me to stay because I am a Kashmiri and I need to carry an police verification report along with me before coming out of the state. So I left the hotel feeling humiliated. They even did not bothered to take my luggage outside. This was the most disrespectful and annoying feeling I ever had. I called the OYO customer care and they verified the facts by calling the owner, the idiot owner at that time cited the most bizarre reason that my ID card address is not matching my License address because the ID card address was having landmark mentioned along with the address. If people like the owner of this hotel are supposed to be patriot Indians then I am proud that our state is a disputed one and the dispute is recognised by United Nations.
