Capital O Hotel Taj Castle

This is a scam. Do not book this hotel. It does not exist. When I reached the location there was no hotel by this name. Instead I found one hotel named Areeba over there. The guy sitting at reception took me to a shady place and showed me filthy rooms smelling like public urinal with no windows. I immediately took off and booked a separate hotel. When I called OYO, they told me as per their records I had already checked in. After threatening to call the police, OYO refunded my booking amount. They still did not remove this hotel from the listings. This hotel only exists on papers. There is no property and OYO is helping this guy scam innocent people. Action should be taken. Update: Even after one week of providing all information to Ola support, they did not remove the property from the website listings.

I booked a room today from Oyo ref no. XJCD0898 to Hotel Areeba / Taj castle at ₹3k approx .I had my wife and 6 month old baby and brother in law and his wife with me. We reached to drive from Faridabad to Agra. Talk to the manager in the hotel areeba at reception about your booking. the manager has clearly refused the booking by giving. I have told him I have family with us and a small infant. But he didn't hear anything. If you don't want to be disturbed like me then please don't book this hotel. Very rude manager and terrible day.

This hotel almost killed my driver due to heat exhaustion. The hotel had no working AC in the room, cooling fans, or complementary cool water available in +45°C heat. My driver was unable to drive us back to our home because of this. My driver may have not told us he was suffering, but I don’t understand how a place can take your money and not provide even the most basic of services in this dangerous heat. I’m ashamed that our driver was exposed to such inhumane conditions. Don’t stay here if you value your life. I will be asking for my money back and reporting to proper authorities.

Hotel staff and manager were rude , and charged us extra amount for the stay. I was with my wife and my kid and reached hotel a bit late so did not had any choice but to pay 500 extra. They even cancelled my OYO booking after reaching to the hotel . Even the room was below par . It seems we were staying in a lodge not in hotel. You do not get single complimentary water bottle , you will have to pay for it . You are not allowed to bring any outside food to your room , you will have to order it from hotel itself . Overall it was worst experience till date. Never never never book Areeba Agra .

As soon as I checked in, the manager asked me to pay ₹576 extra and blamed Oyo for a lower price. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom's water supply suddenly went off. I had to go downstairs to inform the sleeping manager, "Paani kyun band ho gaya ?" After 30 mins water supply was restored. The curtains and cushions were very dirty. A railway station's waiting room is better than this. #Oyo #Oravel #RiteshAgarwal

I wish I could give less than one star. This is by far the worst experience i have had in a hotel my entire life. No water, no staff cares, worst food you can eat anywhere and so bloody expensive. Even the hotel is half constructed. I would like to also add that the staff is really really rude and uncooperative!!!! I hope nobody else has to experience the waste of time and money that i had to endure. Also, I only stayed one nigh, god save whoever stays more than one night here!!!

Very rude behaviour of Hotel reception. Don't get attracted to the Hotel images or anything, as the best thing you need is easy check-in and good behaviour at reception. We booked and paid in advance, and when I called the hotel to be sure of my booking, they said that book from MMT and cancel booking from OYO site which was giving discount. They said they won't accept check-in. And the lady on call was so unprofessional. Even there names are different in photos and on site. What if you reach the hotel at late evening and they deny check-in even when you paid already. Such a unreliable Hotel. I cancelled my booking and not going to book any room here from any site because of their unprofessional reception on call.

The worst thing was that they provided a attached room and when we came back then the room was locked from inside and bags were opened and the lady took my phone and rate the hotel 5 star . Cheap policies they do not have trained staff no cleaning and nothing AC does not work TV does not work and they have hired staff from road side. They charge double for the water bottle pathetic service. Do not stay in this hotel they can do anything except the services.
