Our stay here was very nice. The location is easily accessible. Staff was very sweet. Especially the cleaning staff Mr Anand was very humble. The property is fairly new and Rooms are very clean. We ordered room service and the food of the restaurant is very tasty. We had a great time.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed. It's newly built and rooms are very specious. Rooms have enough light, very well maintained in terms of facilities. When I had a minor AC issue, the owner herself came and enquired and got it addressed. She is very humble and very down to earth person. Food at the restaurant is excellent. Each item we tasted was great. A must visit place if you are coming to Agra.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Misleading Information & Maintenance Issues Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived until checkout. Before making the booking, I specifically asked the hotel staff whether the Deluxe Room had a bathtub. I was clearly told that it did, which was one of the main reasons we booked the room. However, upon arrival, we discovered there was no bathtub. When I raised the issue, instead of apologising for their misinformation, the staff argued that bathtubs are only available in the Executive Rooms. There was absolutely no accountability for their mistake. We even requested an upgrade and clearly stated that we were willing to pay the additional charges, but were informed that no Executive Rooms were available. Had the correct information been provided in the first place, we would have made an informed decision before booking. The problems didn’t end there. The key card provided at check-in didn’t even work, and the staff had to use a master key to let us into the room. This created a very poor first impression and reflected a lack of basic preparedness. For dinner, we ordered chicken, which turned out to be one of the worst meals we’ve had at a hotel. The food was bland and tasteless, and the chicken pieces appeared spoiled, making the meal completely inedible. The following morning, while taking a shower, the bathroom drainage failed, causing water to overflow from the drain and flood the bathroom floor. This clearly indicates poor maintenance and housekeeping standards. Overall, this stay was a combination of misleading information, unprofessional customer service, poor-quality food, faulty room access, and inadequate maintenance. The staff’s unwillingness to acknowledge their mistake or offer any meaningful resolution only made the experience worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. There are far better options where guests are treated with honesty, professionalism, and basic respect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though it has only been open for about three months, everything is impressively well-maintained and spotless. The cleanliness throughout the property really stood out and made the stay very comfortable. The food was absolutely tasty and delicious, with a great variety that satisfied every meal. The staff members were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which added a warm and welcoming touch to the experience. The rooms are very spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is the beautiful view of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop—it’s truly a memorable sight, especially during sunrise or sunset. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient as it is situated close to the Taj Mahal. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay with great service, comfort, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended!
