Hotel City Star - Agra

Great experience. I recommend everyone if are planning to visit taj mahal you can stay here at hotel sahibs city star on fatehabad road. Staff is very cooperative. food is very good. Overall i stay here comfortably.

Complaint I recently visited Hotel City Star, Fatehabad Road, TDI Mall, Agra and had a very disappointing experience. This hotel is operating in an unprofessional and unethical manner. • The hotel is selling liquor without a proper license, which is completely illegal. • Food bills are being charged at very high prices without providing a proper GST invoice, raising serious concerns about overcharging and tax evasion. • They also demand late fees from customers without any legitimate overtime service or duty, which seems like an unfair practice. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a hotel. Customers deserve transparency, fair billing, and legal compliance. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here, and I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against such practices.

The hotel is actually good and its 306 rooms are also quite big and comfortable, great experience.
