The room was not good no windows opened. There was a pooja at the reception my room was filled with smoke there was no outlet. The bathroom was very dirty. The fan regulator was broken. The TV was not working

I will never recommend this hotel for any family. This is my worst experience in my whole life. For Every single item I had to ask on reception.

It's a reasonably priced budget hotel. Hot water and Wi-Fi are available. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Cable TV is functional. The hotel provides free breakfast. Coffee/tea are to be paid for. The staff members are well trained and are courteous. A suggestion that we gave to the hotel verbally was that it would be better if they could provide an additional cover on top of the quilt/blanket so that it can be changed whenever a new guest arrives.

The location of the hotel is really bad. Rooms are not cleaned properly. They are pretty small than what it appears in the pictures. Make sure you don't end up booking this one if you want to live near Taj Mehal. This one is pretty close to the west gate but that's about it. Nothing else is there.

I don’t recommend this place. I stay with my family. I saw room and washroom is so dirty. There is no soap. So, if you want to come this place make sure carry all the stuffs.
