The hotel in itself is great, they have nice rooms, great common lounge, an ok swimming pool. But, it is severely let down by its service and maintenance. We ran into a myriad of troubles, the entire hotel was out of water on the day of our checkout, the breakfast buffet ran out of portions quickly and was a quite meager fare, the rooms did not have proper working TVs and the toiletries were not provided accordingly to the number of guests, and so on. If they improve, this place is a really nice stay. But, as it stands, the stay in this hotel is terribly tiring and not relaxing.

It was a very enjoying experience at this hotel. Hotel is beautifully designed. Rooms are good, swimming pool was a fun and Gym was a nice place to stay fit. Hotel has everything to offer a good service. And yes the price are also very reasonable. Recommended.

I'm speaking as a westerner and comparing to the other hotels in India that I stayed in. Pros: Nice room, both the bed and the bathroom. Near constant hot water. Cons: Very loud party of some sort at night in the courtyard next door. The elevator was pretty old and scary. Breakfast was pretty lackluster. According to the frontdesk, the wifi doesn't work with Samsung devices and they needed to put me on a special wifi network for my phone. This was one of the nicest hotels I stayed in, but that isn't saying too much.

Worst hotel to stay in agra I ordered a cold cofee (250 rupees) chilli paneer (650 rupees) and it was the worst food I have ever tasted the quality was so bad and the service to. The house keeping took 45 minute to respond to any cleaning asked the Ac were not working properly dirty waiter smelly rooms There was water shortage. I feed my dog much better food than there complimentary breakfast. Tasteless food Rude staff My Collage mess food is far better than the food they served. One star hotel have far better hygiene and amenities than them

I stayed at hotel on 6 to 7 Oct 2018. The hotel staff & receptionist Miss Madhu are very cooperative. I reached hotel early & they accommodate me before check in. The location of hotel is very very good, its near to Taj & TDI mall is in front of the hotel. Local transport are easy to find out for visiting purpose The Condition of room is ok. The breakfast quality is too good & swimming pool is also ok.

Omg this hotel was like something where people will stay after apocalypse only if rest of the places dont survive. Even then people would prefer staying in the wild coz my stay was insane. No AC no TV No hot water at night. And the list just goes onn. And to add on staff was also not that well versed in answering our question when we raised our concerns. Long story short. Had to sleep without AC and rest was just very very bad. Please stay away if u want to enjoy Agra.

One of the worst property in which I stayed...Wanted to give negative rating ...Anyways I endured alot at this property..3 electric shocks at breakfast and even racial remarks from waiter at breakfast..And one lady from there management showing attitude wen I went to collect my invoice ...Omg she should realise one thing that she belongs to a hospitality unit and not hostility unit .... Food served at breakfast buffet : nt tasty 1990 Tv set in room no 125 where I stayed. Unmaintained bathroom and not well swept rooms..

Worst hotel we’ve had on our 3 week trip through India. Dirty, no hot water, the most disgusting looking pool, bugs on the counter during breakfast buffet and on top of that we saw a rat right in front of our room door. If you can, upgrade for just a little more money to the many higher rated hotels in town (some with Taj views!) but don’t book this place!
