Hotel Big Dream

PROS 1. very near to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort 2. endless shops for buying fruits and foods like dhabas and restaurants nearby CONS 1. TV was not working 2. AC wire was not connected, 3. we asked to fix both these things but it did not get fixed even after multiple reminders over our stay of 2 days 4. The bedding and pillow cover were dirty, we had to ask them to change it although this should have been done prior to our arrival, NOTE : we checked in 8 hours past our check in time 5. No ventilation in rooms 6. They have their own kitchen, and someone cooks it but no ventilation so the ground floor rooms get stuffed with the smell which is unpleasant. 7. they forced a couple to check out early so that they can accommodate the early check in which they might have promised for extra money. ultimately the couple had to call police to resolve the matter. 8. we had to explicitly ask for soap and towels, although this should have been done prior to our check in as well.

Very dirty place. Unclean bathrooms, no ventilation, no room service, TV didn't work all through 4 days of stay. No hot water unless u ask, employees will be drunk during the nights and respond to u awkward. they fight within themselves breaking things. Once u open the window,gutka everywhere. A/C will work only when it feels like.||I will never recommend this hotel .

Hotel is good , spacious, good parking , staff is polite n helpful, but staff need little professional training. It's value for money hotel

Very clean room and toilets. Rooms are big. Front balcony is very good to sit relax. Food quality is very good. Staff behaviour is very good. Ample parking space. Very nice location. Really very good experience.
