Elinor Hotel

Excellent Service and Clean Rooms||Hotel Elinor was exactly what we hoped for on our Agra visit. The room was bright, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. We especially loved the large, clean bathroom and the cozy bed.||The staff deserve special mention — always polite, helpful, and ready with a smile. They helped us plan our sightseeing and gave great suggestions for local food too.||Breakfast was fresh and tasty with good variety. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was equally good — reasonable prices and quick service.||The location is convenient — easy to get autos or taxis, and close to the main attractions. Overall, Hotel Elinor made our trip comfortable and stress-free.

Our room was the “Pearl” category, and it was simply stunning. The design struck a balance between modern luxury and cozy comfort. The lighting, fabrics, and layout felt carefully curated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had a spa-like feel.

The hotel helped us arrange smooth check-in, with rooms ready side by side, which made coordination easy. Each room was uniquely decorated with gemstone themes, adding a touch of novelty to our stay. They were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with powerful showers and great beds.

Beautiful and well maintained hotel. Clean rooms with specious washrooms. ||The staff is amazing and go out of their way to help you out. Mr. Pratap from restaurant helped us to navigate everything in Agra. Even arranged wonderful guide for us in Agra Fort (totally worth). Front office staff is also great including a very sweet lady and manager Gavin. Everything was superb 👌🏻. ||Location is very convenient and very close to Taj Mahal East Gate.

The check-in process was quick, and the staff had already prepared my room knowing I would arrive late. The room itself was immaculate: modern design, gemstone-themed décor, and a very comfortable workstation with reliable Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus for me. Housekeeping was punctual every morning, ensuring I never had to worry about the basics.

I recently stayed at Elinor Hotel, Agra with my family, and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room service was efficient and timely. One thing that really made me happy was that they allowed us an early check-in without any extra charge, which shows how customer-friendly their approach is. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hospitality was commendable. However, there's one small point of concern — I was charged ₹400 for 4 rotis, which felt quite excessive. While I understand hotel pricing can be different, I believe basics like roti should be reasonably priced, as they’re common staples. That said, this was just a minor downside in an otherwise great stay. I'd still recommend the hotel for its service, staff behaviour, and comfort. Just a small suggestion to revisit the food pricing to make the experience even better for future guests.

Honestly I had such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly and helped with everything I needed! They even helped me book my train tickets. The manager were very friendly and answered all questions I had. I felt very welcome here and will be recommending Elinor hotel to all my friends who come to Agra. Extremely clean room and hotel with lovely food selections for breakfast

I was not expecting such a nice and clean hotel with amazingly humble staff. Hats off to the staff for being so amazing during our stay. 1- Nice and clean hotel 2- Fantastic Staff 3- Very near to Tajmahal East Gate 4- Food was very tasty, fresh and hygeinic Feedback : Kindly see what can be done for water in summers. Shower water was so hot even at night, you will feel like bathing in boiling water.
