WORST HOTEL EVER. Where do I start, it was a disaster from check in till I checkout. 1-Check in is open from 12PM. I got there at 2PM and they made me wait 30 minutes for room to be "cleaned" 2- No towels, I literally asked 6 times and they kept saying laundry is on the way. I gave up and never got any towels. 3- Reception told me there is in house restaurant. I kept ringing room service many times yet no one answered. 4-Rude Staff- I was visiting my home town so catching up with my friends,one checked in with me and then one came to see me. Arrogany Guy at the reception Priyanshu I think his name stopped me and said "aap to badal badal kar ladke la rahe ho" and then he said "abhi aur kitne ayenge" . I can't believe someone can be so rude,I felt super embarrassed. 5- Noisy place. Service/cleaning staff were super noisy and yelling swearing at each other most of the night so I couldn't even sleep. 6- During checkout they tried to charge me for 3 water bottles while I only got 2,not a big deal but still why? 7- Then I got harassed to give them 5 star rating(that explains why they have some good ratings). Of course I told them I will rate them honestly according to my experience. Overall do no book this hotel,there are many better hotels in bareilly.

Hotel was good the staff was good the room was also good, but they had electricity problem, their generator failed 👎☹👎 late at night we were told to shift to another hotel which had very dirty room. Running such good property and not having power backup, some one told, the exact thing happened some time earlier also, was this one time , or this type of thing keeps happening here don't no. But very very bad experience.
