Terrible Experience – Dirty, Overpriced & Poorly Managed! Our stay at Hotel Royal Town was a huge disappointment. The moment we entered the room, we realized it was nothing like what we had booked. The place was in horrible condition—dirty bedsheets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, we even saw a mouse running around the room! It was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful, refusing to address any of our concerns. On top of that, they tried to overcharge us for basic services, making us feel scammed. This hotel is not worth the price or the hassle. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable stay, stay far away from this place!

Worst Stay Ever – Filthy, Overpriced, and Full of Problems! Our experience at Hotel Royal Town was an absolute disaster. The rooms we were given were completely different from what we had booked. The condition was unacceptable—dirty sheets, stained walls, and a foul smell lingering everywhere. The bathrooms were unhygienic, with broken fixtures and a complete lack of cleanliness. To make things even worse, we spotted rats running around inside the room! It was shocking and disgusting. Despite paying upfront, we felt deceived, as the service was horrible. The staff was not only rude but also tried to charge extra for basic amenities that should have been included. This place is a scam, not worth a single rupee. If you care about hygiene, comfort, or basic customer service, avoid this hotel at all costs!

The hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. The room and washroom were not properly maintained. There was a mouse in the room, so we had to request an extra mattress because we couldn’t sleep on the floor. In the morning, there was no water in the washroom. The bed and the entire room had a bad smell, and the washroom was also unhygienic. The room felt very suffocating. Overall, it was a terrible experience. This is not a good hotel—do not book it.

Total Scam. Firstly, they said that we came to the wrong hotel. The rooms were dirty. Wardrobes stink badly. The staff is not approachable,they are so rude & talk like they have done a big favour to us. We've pre-booked one day before yet the rooms were not ready for us. We've to wait for an hour. Even after paying ₹1600, we have to ask for clean bedsheets and pillows. We've asked for an extra bed at the time of pre-booking which the receptionist refused to give. We even had to call the manager a couple of times to resolve the issue.

-----BIG BIG SCAM----- They gave me a different room — not the one shown while booking. The room is dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom is not clean, and there is garbage under the bed and in the wardrobe. Hotel management is also asking for extra money which was not shown in the app. This place is not worth staying. Totally disappointed. Not recommended at all.

1 star because could not rate less. Scam place to stay. Please avoid. Worst service. Arrogant staff behavior. Have to plead for basic amenities. Electrical and Water problem

It was a very horrible experience as a single female person. The staff was very rude.the room was so dirty .. They didn't change the bedsheet. They promised to change my room till evening. But they say to wait till 11pm and then they are denied to change. It's a suggestion to book a room at your own risk at this property. One more thing is they charge extra over online booking.
