I stayed with my family for 2 days and it's a very good hotel. The location is on the main road. From safety point of view I would say it's an excellent choice. The staff is very polite specially Mr. Uday, he is the front office associate. He was very welcoming and provided a smooth check-in and check-out. The rooms were also very clean with all the things working perfectly. The service was also very quick. My overall experience was excellent.

Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Room service was unsatisfactory and unresponsive, and the reception staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The only redeeming factor was the food, which was decent, but that’s hardly enough to make up for the rest of the issues. This hotel will definitely be my last choice for any future stay. Highly disappointing!

Hello guys some days ago I went to a jb sky chopati restaurant with my friend ... No doubt the location is good 👍 Food is ok ok Service is not too good I tried some food there but I didn't like it .... One most trouble thing is I sit at one place and there is too much mosquito .... I saw it I couldn't sit properly and suddenly one person was coming to my table and put some mortin there ooo my good it's horrible he can't asked to guest that are u ohk with that or not if some person issue mortin smoke then it's very bad .... Plz guys don't do this with other people.... I can't explain how to eat food there.... Seriously guys it's not good please improve your place for customers.... And I also tried to improve your food.... I can't share my room experience just because I am not going to stay purpose... So I can't see the room....

One of the worst experience of my life. Location is shabby. No parking facility available. If you ask the guard for parking he will say park wherever you want on the road. The Guards are rude and Drunk most of the time. The front of the hotel is captured by hundreds of daily wage workers who sleep on the road so it is very Unsafe especially for Women The restaurant service staff is untrained and have no knowledge about the menu. They don't follow your cooking instructions and most of the times serve the food which is already prepared for Buffet of another party. Washrooms are dirty. Once you place your order the waiter disappears and doesn't even bother to make eye contact. If you complain to the restaurant manager he will rudely tell you that you are not the only customer. Too loud music makes your ears bleed and you can't have conversation with your family. Quality and taste of food was pathetic. Unsafe place for women as most of the guest are drunk. Even the staff was drunk. I would never recommend such an unsafe and pathetic place to anyone. Don't trust the fake reviews as most of them are the staff members or their known.

I stayed in the hotel for around 15 hours and the experience was satisfactory, staff is very polite, service is excellent and rooms are neat and Clean and last but not the least food here is very good. The place where the hotel is located is also not too crowded it's on the main road. You can easily reach here by public transport and it's only 15 minutes away from the amausi airport. And the price of anything you have here is also good.
