The deluxe rooms have this amazing warm feeling to it. On the other hand the executive rooms have this really fabulous view of kathauta lake, you can literally feeling the breeze and enjoy the view with a cup of tea. Great hospitality guys👍👍 Will definitely visit a million times.

First experience with the services was not at all satisfactory for me: 1) Cleaning of the rooms was not upto mark. 2) AC wasn't working well and fans were making noise, lacking maintainance. 3) Light went away for 10-15 minutes and there wasn't any backup available till then. 4) Very poor room services hence had to opt for other dining options available outside. 5) Tap was damaged in the bathroom, unexpected as this normally checked before any guests enter. 6) Only Pros: Hotel Manager (Mr Ayush) is very polite and humble man, he tried his best to make sure everything is well managed even after all of these issues. Its a startup project and he is trying his best to put in his efforts, but yes my guests were not at all satisfied with the services they received.

worst experience ever. front desk Manager miss Pooja humiliated us for the stain on bed sheet. misbehaved and humiliated us when we asked her to watch her tone she made a big scene. this was a most embarrassing stay. never go to this place if they hire such people as a manager. although at the end we agreed to pay for the bed sheet stain she just kept on commenting with personal comments and insults. really worst hotel experience ever. We would clarify not everyone in staff misbehaved rest understood the situation no one even came to argue with us but that women has no dignity or limits. She publically humiliated for period stain yes period stain in front of staff Here I quote - " sir bed sheet pe blood laga ke ayi hai." "1000rs diye ni ja rhe class ki baat kr rhe hai"

It's a wonderful hotel for the destination weekend holidays and functions.the location is near kamta Chauraha at high court and also Awadh bus Station. Staff is helpful, cheering and quick. Do visit here... And enjoy your moments at Lake View.... And city heights.
