OYO Flagship 199 Gomti Nagar

Good location good rooms. Excellent staff behavior. Cleanliness could be a slight issue. My room had a week old dust layer on the floors. Being a flagship slight things like missing towels, dirty floors, broken bathroom lock made me take away a star. Room was barren. Should have had a couple pictures on walls etc. Complimentary food was good. Great for staying a night or two. Just beside a huge lake so if lucky could get a room with a nice view. Did not notice any shops nearby.

I am not sure what Flagship means to Oyo. To me, it means the best among others. Now coming to the Room, you can easily notice the dirt on the floor and spider web on the top corners. The hidden areas like under the bed, etc seems like untouched from ages. It seems Oyo do not have enough staff to maintain their Flagship Hotels. It took me several hours to get the room cleaned after calling the reception several times. Now coming to the pros, you will get lake view if you are lucky. It looks great and the location is quite, calm, and peaceful. There is no restaurant on the premise. Bathroom was neat and clean. On the main road, you can find Dalchini Huts which is a bit costly, but food is good. You can have a 10-15 mins walk and find ample food opportunities on the other side of the lake. Giving 3 stars for Room Size and Lake View, else it was 2 from me. My Instagram Id - bhagwatschouhan

I booked this hotel using MakeMyTrip and I paid 1300INR per night for a 3 night package, this included breakfast. The feedback is based on as of this date only. I requested for a view facing the Lake, and I was given that view. Things I liked - The place is close to the road, still it has the noiselessness that you would like. It has a view facing the lake. Oyo provides some premium toiletries. Airconditioning, Television, Bathroom all services were in working condition. Things I didnot Like - I was getting a message stating that I need to confirm my arrival or the booking will get cancelled, I feel if I have already paid for it, I dont see a reason I should re confirm it. In order to confirm I was trying to reach the number mentioned in the confirmation, and on the numbers listed on website, or google, all of them were redirecting to a number which was always engaged. Out of frustration I called up MakeMyTrip and they made me wait, but got me connected to the hotel somehow. The phone line was always busy, the receptionist was constantly on phone with someone, I couldnt order anything or get any room service on the phone. I had to go down the stairs and get the service I needed. The room was not clean when I entered, there were previous guests dustbins filled, and the room had unclean toilet and there were spider webs, on reporting it to the guy at the reception, this was promptly cleaned and taken care of. There is no inhouse restaurant, whtever food you order would come almost after an hour. The order was mistaken twice, and everytime the order was corrected It added an extra hour, so be careful when you order.

Good place for peace lover and lake view . It's far from main city but connectivity is very good. Not very upmarket but most probably cheapest in all other oyo rooms. Book in advance and hire auto/ Uber/ ola etc Couse it is situated lake side so usual taxis are not available .

My stay here is not comfortable, good as any family member can expect, Hotel is below the average and doesn't meet expectation of any sort which must be provided like safety concern,menu not present, rooms, towel, bed covers all were dirty and they don't provide sealed water bottle,they just given water in like several times used bottle. The most important is not family friendly, I stay here with my brother and sister but they said 2 boys with one girl not allowed in room, better you take 2 rooms where as I was ready to pay extra for single room, so not family friendly. They are like just serving for married unmarried couples or etc.. But not supportive for family and safety is under threat, that was doubtable.

Ac was not working... i cant sleep. Even fan also not working properly.Room was not ready when chek in as on given time at 9pm at night. Washroom tap fitting also loose. Room smells very bad at the time of chekin.... overall very bad stay from oyo. Next time i never go on with oyo online. Its good to walkin direct before u book via online.

Reception person was impolite he toked to me very rudely.. service was so poor.. I can explain.. fan is not working insect are in room.. one of most impo thing is that I stay in 302 room there is no lock system is there.. they are saying ki abhi thik kara k deta hun.. lekin kch nhi hua...jab room tak ka lock Kharab hai to kya kare yaha ruk kar..

Excellent employee behavior, Location is better. Room AC remote will not be provided to the user which is always welcome. Towels were not provided, Bad experience i can't visit here again
