Collection O Gaytri Palace

Firstly very rude behaviour of staff. Totally unprofessional staff. Greedy staff. If you eill ask normal RO water yhen they will give you Bisleri bottle without informing you and katter they will ask money for that. Ac was not working. Shower was not working. They are showing 24*7 checking-in but at the time of checking-in they will ask early checking-in charges if you want to check-in in the early morning. Overall very bad experience. Never recommend.

What a horrible hotel ! Never opt for this even if it is your last choice. They have no sense of hospitality. They have a plastic cover on their mattress, which they expect us to tell them to remove it. POS machine is not there. Reception doesn't answer calls. There was no water in the bathroom in the water.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were good as well. Staff was polite.

Wonder ful room available and comfortable zone and relaxation... breakfast, lunch and dinner also available here.... parking also available clean and higiene area.that great hotel gayatri palace

It's a nice place to stay. Far away from Station but near to Indra Nagar metro station.
