Super Hotel O Kathauta Jheel Malhaur Gomti Nagar

Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is good. No kitchen in the hotel, so no tea or food service. A bit issue with mosquitoes during summer and rains, otherwise fine accomodation. Location is remote so fine for those who are looking for a getaway and not for those who need a market or quick connectivity to the city. Staff is polite.

We go for a enquiry about room that time tariff was 1200 rupees single room. when I ask for all room one day they give us quotation about 50k rupees only for 16 room, very bad behaviour receptionist don't know how to talk the guest.

Hotel is very clean and property is fully new. Got all the basic things in a room and staff is also very educated. My stay was very beautiful and Relaxed Railway station is 100 m away.

The Hotel was so dirty the lift wasn't working we had to carry by ourselves our heavy luggage to the room...The room was dirty bathroom was also dirty bed sheets and blanket covers there were blood stains on it we called the receptionist to changed our bed sheets and everything they were taking so much time...The lady in the reception doesn't know how to talked...The day that i checked-in at night me and my room mates couldn't get a good sleep there were alot of mosquitoes
