Max Hotels Prayagraj

Stayed at Hotel Polo Max for 2 days as a couple. The location is extremely close to the Railway Station. Some train sounds may come once in a while and railway construction is also ongoing but overall there was silence. Rooms are tidy. Building is slightly old but there was no smell or random dirty spots anywhere. Lift was working. Warm water was available in taps & AC was OK. Towels & Sheets were clean. Yes, the water bottle may be costly & toiletries etc. may be chargable. Room service, Reception and staff were all polite & helpful. The Restaurant is Pure Veg & food was excellent. All the dishes we tasted were delicious. The chef also talk to the guests and accommodate any reasonable request. Overall it was a very pleasant stay & we will visit again.

The value for the quality of our stay was exceptional. The general manager's hospitality exceeded all expectations. We also took advantage of the hotel's sightseeing services, where the guide was extremely helpful and informative, ensuring a smooth journey. Even with our early check-out, the staff went above and beyond by packing our breakfast for us. Their level of hospitality was truly remarkable.

His expertise in undian cuisine is outstanding. Recommend you to all try his recipes.

The rooms were just about ok and so was the room service. However, the restaurant Mumbai masala is good with plenty of tasty vegetarian options. Expect warm hospitality from Shiv lochan at the restaurant, ever smiling and courteous. Kudos to the chef for the tasty food.

The hotel is very customer oriented and the staff is very friendly.|Especially Tarun Thakur is the head chef and the food is very amazing. |Really enjoyed our entire stay, would highly recommend. Cheers to the whole team.|The hotel has also and advantage of being adjacent to the railway station

The room was exceptionally good. The hotel is located in a very favourable place so close to the platform entrance. The staff over there was well behaved and professional especially the receptionist Mr. Abhiraj. Truly a professional fellow. In conclusion the stay was totally worth it.

Really good option for travellers. The beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a 1 minute walk from the train station. It’s a little noisy, to be expected with the location, and the water wasn’t too hot but overall a comfortable stay in a city where good accommodation seems really thin on the ground.

The food made by chef Tarun thakur was absolutely delicious. |Loved the chicken and paneer. |Should definitely try the gulab jamun and aloo fries. |Would definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues. |Should definitely try the chicken.
