Cecilia is an amazing worker. She provides an exception service and goes above and beyond to ensure me and my family were super comfortable! Any issue i had, i was able to come to cecilia and was able to fix them. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

It was very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each and every staff is truly professional. There was an aura of courtesy all around. We tried Indian cuisine In the Tadka restaurant and food was awesome especially their complimentary aloo papads. The breakfast spread is also quite elaborate and very balanced.

The checkin was quick. The rooms are spacious & gave a luxurious feeling , having all amenities. Rooms were clean & house keeping services was excellent. Special thanks to floor manager Mr. Santosh who promptly had our little issues resolved. The breakfast included in our package had a variety of spread & was delicious. The dinner buffet also had a good spread, but was more on the higher side even the Alacartr was on higher side & can be made more attractive for guests to encourage in-house dining. Spa services were not operational. Overall a great stay and will be our first preference to stay at Ramada whenever we visit again.

Overall an average experience. The rooms did not have adequate amenities. The whole noise due to construction made our stay at the hotel less than an expected vacation. The rooms themselves do not adequately isolate sound. You can hear the shower run from the neighbouring room and if it's a long and early shower, you can forget sleeping without disturbance. The room we got looked onto the ground floor roof. There's not much privacy here as construction and maintenance teams were on the roof. The only positive for us was the location. Well connected with a mall right next door if you need a quick bite.

Very fine property.. staff behaviour excellent... fooding was awesome..|Staff Cecilla, Pranjal, Roshni, Bipin are very helpful to cater minute requirement of the guest... Best for the traveller's visiting Varanasi for pilgrimage or other business

Review: Ramada Hotel Varanasi My experience at Ramada Hotel Varanasi was disappointing and far below expectations. To start with, the restaurant experience was extremely unpleasant. The managers lacked basic customer service etiquette—they didn’t even smile or greet guests. Their unprofessional attitude was baffling and unacceptable in the hospitality industry. On top of this, I suffered severe food poisoning after having lunch at the hotel. The health issues caused significant discomfort during my flight back, making the entire ordeal even more distressing. Despite booking a suite room and making a late check-in after a long flight with a special needs child, we were asked to wait in the reception area with no proper seating arrangements. We were then offered a small, dark room that reeked of alcohol. It was only after raising a complaint that the room was changed. A staff member named Anjali from the front desk apologized for the situation, even though the error wasn’t hers but a young male staff member’s. I appreciate Anjali’s effort to address the issue, but such mistakes shouldn’t occur in the first place. One of the bathrooms lacked an exhaust fan, causing it to have an unpleasant odor. One positive note was Mr. Sarath, the service helper who assisted us with our luggage and helped us settle into the room. His kind and genuine approach to guest service stood out, and he truly seemed to care about the guests. Other staff members could learn a lot from him on how to handle guests with empathy and professionalism. Overall, the hotel staff, especially at the front desk and restaurant, need serious training in customer service. Guests should be treated with respect and care, not as an inconvenience or burden. While a few individuals like Mr. Sarath and Anjali tried to make up for the experience, the numerous issues overshadowed their efforts. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Excellent property for your stay at Varanasi. Best part is the kind and cooperative staff. The food is great. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The pool is very good and safe. The kids had a wonderful time. Highly recommended
