Stayed here with my family (kids ages 4 and 6). It was excellent. There’s lots of fun for kids (pool, table tennis, games in the restaurant, singer on Saturday night). Food was excellent, they changed the menu to suit the kids as needed. Staff were very fun and kind. The kids were entertained by the staff - kitchen tour, special pancakes, cakes, shakes etc.

The room was consistently spotless, well-organized, and restocked with care every day. Overall, a nice place to stay. However, the staff seemed quite inexperienced when it came to handling guests. They lacked the basic approach expected in customer service. For instance, they forgot to take the payment at check-in and are now following up for it, as if guests stay for free or the guests will get away without giving the room charges. A bit more professionalism and training to the staff would really improve the overall experience.

The pancakes were absolutely amazing—soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. A special mention to Ankit, whose warm hospitality made our morning even better.
