Rosewood Hotel in Dehradun is a decent option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay. The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable enough, making it fairly good value for money. However, the food and service experience could be improved. Breakfast is a bit confusing because it’s combined with 2–3 nearby hotels, which creates unnecessary hassle for guests. On top of that, the breakfast quality itself was not very impressive and could definitely be better. On the positive side, the food served in the room was good and freshly prepared. But when it comes to service, there are some drawbacks. If you request the staff to take away the food tray after your meal, they simply deny it and ask you to keep it outside your room. Even a simple request for an extra plate was turned down straight away, which felt unprofessional and not very guest-friendly. Overall, Rosewood is decent for the price, with okay rooms and good in-room food, but the breakfast system and staff attitude definitely need improvement to make the stay more comfortable.

Our experience was kinda frustating and disappointing. We were shifted to rooms again n again due to cleanliness issues. The rooms and amenities provided were in a poor-condition. Altogether we had a bad stay.

It’s a decent nice hotel where the staffs are very sweet and nice .I stayed for 2 days .The rooms were spacious and comfortable .sohan was extremely nice and was very helpfull If you want to explore Dehradun they will help you to book a cab too . Have a happy stay !

Rooms are pathetic...zero maintenance..how the people has given the 4 stars to the property.. It is not recommended for a family at all...quite shady..bedsheet was full of holes and was dirty..seems like the holes made by cigarettes butts.. Bthroom was not properly cleaned and maintained..entrance is shown on the main road but actually it is in the street..stairs to the dine area are quite pathetic..smelly and pathetic..overall bad experience.

Really enjoyed the service received at the Hotel. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant and the owner/manager who gives excellent service to guests. The location of hotel is really good ad clock tower is around 6 km away and robbers cave is on the otherside around 3 km away. Unlike the markets areas in Dehrahdun (some may prefer the market areas), this area is a bit more calm. however connectivity is not an issue at all as this is the route to mussoorie, Rishikesh etc. I would have preferred windows to the rooms but it need not be a deal breaker.

With the price point that I booked the hotel is good but overall it's okayish. Good for budget traveller's but not for family. It is on main road which is a plus point but lacks basic toiletries. The washrooms and room are not well maintained.
