Pros: Great location close to city centre. Though after sunset (post 7pm) it feels slightly secluded and entry areas are accessible through somewhat dark roads. But never felt unsafe as such. Just a caution for travellers who are worries about safety. Service is prompt. Mr. Dinesh who is the manager there is very sweet and keen on you having a good experience. Suman who was a staff member was very sweet. In general the staff is sweet. The hot water is really good which is what you want in a really cold weather. They have a LG TV but it was not connected to wifi so couldn't use it as most of the channels were local news. It would be nice to be able to cast my phone to watch YouTube videos (just a suggestion since LG TV can handle it) Cons: Bedsheets were clean but could look fresh and new. They had some stains on the blankets and the bedsheet.

Good hotel and economical . Food service is an issue. Should have a microwave also in rooms or at the main kitchen if Chef is not there

As we are trying recently to book the rooms from this hotel We have just requested the staff to have a video call Before we doing the confirmation They we are not ready to do the video call Person behaviour was rudely on call Please check before doing the booking They are fraud I think...if they don't agree to do the vc

One of the decent hotel I stayed. I booked directly so Checkin-out timings were flexible. Also rooms were available. Was charged 1500₹ flat for an AC room. Staff was nice. Must have included water bottle in the tariff. Overall good experience no complaints

4.5/5: Newly constructed building. Rooms and the toilets are clean and tidy. Good parking space. Hotel is 5 mins walking distance to the Dehradun railway station. Suggestion(S): Atleast the 2 Water bottles could have been provided complimentary instead of charging 30/-Rs per btl. The Room (2 double bed) where we stayed was fitted with 1 window AC. A 2 ton Split would have been better in my opinion as the temp was 43 degrees that day.
