Flagship Hotel Mayank Prince Chowk

I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves a warning to others. From the moment we checked in, the service was absolutely unacceptable. Front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. Room was dirty, with stained sheets, a foul odor.

Got a room in 1100 but the customer management is very good Price was 1500 hundred but due to the low season he agreed to 1200 but with some negotiation he agreed to 1100 but the manager was very good

The room prices are reasonable and it's near to the dehradun railway station. The service quality is moderate. The check-in manager is very unresponsive. The rooms are fine and is reasonably clean. The beds ,chairs & desks are not as clean as expected though. The bathroom cleanliness is also fine.

I stayed there on February 13 night. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The rooms are not built for the hotel and it is converted in to a room. The old person in the reception think that he is superior. The service boy is drunk. The bathroom has got a fowl smell. Only one advantage I got during my stay is, that I got hot water through out my stay. Don't get cheated by seeing the images posted by the property on their website as I did.

We stopped by on our way back from the Nag Tibba Trek. The location is good, the rooms are adequate, and services are available. One thing I like: All the things work fine. From toilets to television. However, the room design is unsatisfactory in comparison to the price.

Hotel's room was very spacious(4 bed-room in my case). The room was very clean though the wash room could be more cleaner. One of the plus points was, railway station was super near to the hotel. Do ask for a short cut from the staff to reach super-quick. Overall had a nice time.

Very dirty and uncleanded rooms. In bathroom cochroaches are there.price is comparatively high according to room condition.won't recommend.

Stayed here for 1 night with group of friends. The hotel is close to the railway station and I chose this place after seeing several hotels in the vicinity. At first I rejected the hotel after seeing the rooms as it was dirty and the washrooms were also not usable. When I was about to leave the manager showed me some different rooms which were bigger and cleaner. These rooms were on the ground floor and cars were parked just outside the room door. All the rooms had smoke smell in it. After complaining room freshner was sprayed in. I did not try the food here.
