Hotel O Lime Wood

I stayed at the last week for a conference and was impressed with all facets of my experience. We were checked in by an absolutely wonderful woman named Bamboo, and she helped us get the floor we wanted as well as an excellent view of town. She really put us in a great mood and her customer service was excellent. The rooms are beautiful, and clean. The beds comfortable and the sheets soft. The conference side was also great, rooms were nice, staff was friendly and helpful, meals were pretty good. If you are coming to for a sporting event this is a great location- from the hotel you could see the football, baseball, basketball stadiums. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone staying downtown.

I started my experience with check in which was great but then went to dinner. A person was my server for dinner and made my experience the most enjoyable I’ve had. He was able to choose a great wine for me based on my preferences and then suggested the gnocchi which was amazing. Thought dinner he was kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed engaged with our conversations. During my meetings the rooms were very easy to find and every employee I passed in the day had a smile on their face and positive attitude. Excellent service, very clean, great food, and great workout facility.

This hotel is beautiful. I went during a VERY busy time for a conference and the hotel had quite a few other conferences going on so to say they were busy is an understatement. Checking in was quick and painless however, I really wish they'd tell you at check in how to use the elevators. This may not seem like a big deal but with as busy as they were, thankfully a bellman who was free was able to tell me. They are very thorough however, they really need to tell guests this at check in. I also did not appreciate them not servicing my room on my first night. When I called they said that "I had opted out of it for additional points". I never requested such thing and furthermore, I never knew this was an option. Again, not forthcoming with information and while I understand they were very busy things like this can really make or break someone's perception. I'm not that type of person however, I think it's worth pointing out.

Overall it was a great experience. The location is awesome. Staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious. I love the fitness center. Although we could have used a sauna room. Top class bar also. Breakfast was really good. Slightly pricey overall but geed quality stay.

The hotel was okay and the staff was courteous. However other amenities were not very good. The bedding in my room was very dirty and quilts too. No towels or toiletries were provided. These are some of the basic things needed in hotel. Pity they don't give importance to such things and OYO didn't check this is another sad thing. I don't know how the hotel has 4.3 stars on the oyo app. Guess they are not genuine or people who stayed there didn't care about the basic hygiene.

I stay at the Gandharv for a 3 day conference on-site. The check-in was welcoming, fast and efficient. I appreciated that the elevator required my use of the room key card to access my floor. The room was wonderful. Large and well appointed, looking out over the river. It was nice to have a bathrobe provided so I could relax after a long day of work. The conference facilities were great and were able to accommodate a large group of 1,000 people. The hotel is in easy walking distance to all the activities and restaurants in the downtown area.

This was a beautifully appointed resort and much, much nicer than the 3 stars Priceline had given it. I would say 4 starts would not be too many! Breakfast (included) offered made to order omelets along with several other great choices. Have stayed twice this year and enjoyed both stays equally.

As always, the room was wonderful and breakfast delicious. A negative was when we arrived to check in they had no record of the reservation we had made a month prior. Thankfully there was still rooms available. Also we were told the wrong time that breakfast started but we saw on the card the correct time.
