Location is good, but service not upto mark and I have seen 2-3 rooms , they are not good condition, just with bad smell .

I would give lesser stars if that was an option. Not only the hotel was utterly unhygienic with the smoke smell coming from tge rooms and beer bottles outside but it was also shady and extremely unsafe. After checking in, I checked out and booked another hotel in less than an hour. I would never trust fab express again especially with my solo travels. So disappointed!!

worst hotel ever. no hygiene, they offer rooms with AC and TV but none of them works. plus the night would be horrible as the place and rooms are constantly inflitrated with Mosquitoes and staff seems to be rude and awfully careless. please do not choose this one.

Posting my grievanceI wrote to FabHotels who couldn’t care less about my safety:||Hotel Limewood Dehradun is rundown. Your photographs on Booking.com is misleading.|The property is poorly maintained and the location is not easy. The first room assigned had electricity running in the water which is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. The bathroom was cramped and was a shocker.|The second room alloted to me does not have a television working. The ac is old and falls apart.|There is no phone or anyway to reach reception and everytime i have to walk down from the first floor all the way to the floor for every small thing. Shame on all of you for promoting this and charging me 1245/- which has nothing to offer.|I demand a refund for this stay and will speak to the manager as well.|This review will be posted online to ensure that other customers are not cheated.|Regards|Sowmya Natarajan

My recent experience at FabExpress Limewood Hotel in Dehradun was nothing short of a nightmare. The rooms were beyond pathetic, with stains covering the pillows, bedsheets, and blankets, creating an utterly unhygienic and uncomfortable atmosphere. The washrooms were not only small but also emitted a foul odor that was impossible to ignore. To make matters worse, the food served was tasteless and excessively salty, despite multiple complaints, no action was taken to improve the quality. Additionally, both the TV and AC were non-operational, leaving us without basic amenities promised during booking. What's more, our booking process through Booking.com was misleading. Although we were initially given the option to pay at the hotel, we later received a message from Fab Hotels demanding 30% of the total rent to confirm the booking due to high demand. Upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel was nearly empty, with only two rooms occupied. This revelation left us feeling deceived and disappointed, as it seemed like a ploy to secure payment in advance, knowing customers would be deterred by the dismal condition of the hotel. Overall, my experience at FabExpress Limewood Hotel was a complete letdown, and I strongly advise against booking a stay there.

The room pictures were nothing like what were advertised on the booking site. The furniture and wall fittings seemed to be old and not well maintained. The toilet wasn't hygienic enough, and altogether I'd say the only good thing about the place was it's close proximity to the railway station. I don't understand how this place actually got many positive ratings. The room service simply was a joke, the staff didn't provide a key and simply mentioned that they'll take care of the room while I'm away. I had requested a bottle of water, for which I had to pay separately.

No Generator facility in hotel, AC stopped working when light goes off !! Totally depends on Electricity provided by Govt. TV was switched off, there was no cable connection. When we are paying money for all the amenities in hotel then we were supposed to use that also. If anything not available in hotel then please mention it also at the time when customer is booking your room.
