Super Hotel O Tyagi Road Near Prince Chowk

Rooms were neat and clean. Washrooms were also clean. Telephones in every room. Geyser available in rooms. Best and affordable hotel nearby railway station. Staff was helpful and friendly. Need to improve furniture. Overall experience was good.

One room for three people is not available in this place.. if you book one room for three people then you have to pay extra charges for the third bad.. except this one thing everything else is very nice.

Doesn't follows OYO's rules & directions. Asks more amount than your booking made online. But there asked rates are higher in comparison with their rooms & services. The rooms are really dirty and non- maintained. Dirty washrooms & poor services.

Very poor class. Not hygiene. Do not book with OYO as property is demanding more 1000 Rs. and on call OYO is not solved that issue and not given any refund even after so many calls for making solutions of this problem by customer to OYO but not have taken any care to solve that issue.Even booking is made after confirming with Alisha a representative of OYO and then within 10 minutes OYO representative named Indrajeet who put call on hold for 2 hours and not solved that problem. Even after every day reminder till 7 days OYO not resolved this problem. In corbate, mussurie and Banaras this issue is happend with me so do not trust on OYO as they are cheaters. And do not trust on this property as this property is not clean and not hygiene. Cautious are not good just given 100 grm cotton pillows which are not covered and having oily spots on there.Also gizzar is not working.

Never book this hotel by any app, once you arrive they say we don't agree this booking & will tell a big story. If its late night night then intentionally they will do and make you book on their desk with higher price. But i didnt fall in their trip, went out around 11pm and booked other hotel. So make sure you decide accordingly.

Pros- 1. Food was good and Price was reasonable, Ordered Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast for the next day Checkout and total price was 684 Rs for 1-2 Person. 2. Staff was really Helpful and polite, I accidentally gave my tiffin box along with the plates of my food and they actually washed it back and gave it to me! Cons- 1. Room price was overrated didn't felt like I'm living in a room which has charges of 903 Rs per night, it was like a 600-700Rs room, I booked it from Oyo Rooms and this was my first Oyo Hotel which doesn't looked like Oyo, the Room in which I stayed was totally different as seen in the Photos from the App 2. I was in a non-ac room, room was cold and comfortable but furniture was Old, windows were broken and at night there were insects in the room because of the Windows. 3. Toilet was not that clean, water pressure was too low and flush wasn't working. So basically it's a 2-star hotel but gave 1 more star of the the Staff over there.
