Hotel Pacific Dehradun

A centrally located 4 star Hotel in Dehradun . The Hotel appears to be quite old in terms of age but has maintained it's standards and patronage pretty well even to this day . It's super ideal for those who have works and occupation in the heart of the city . The Super Deluxe room was sufficiently enough in terms of size and decent in terms of amenities . Neat and clean without any smell it was equipped with a window , a king size bed , a small but organised washroom. There is gym on the second floor for those who don't want to miss their daily exercise . The staff was polite , cooperative and responsive . The only flaw was that the housekeeping never responded to my call on intercom due to which I had to route my request through reception . The environs inside the hotel were quite and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was minimalistic but fantastic in terms of taste and Indian requirements . Prices were also very competitive.

I attended a marriage reception which was in banquet hall at ground floor having washrooms at first floor. Food quality and service was poor ( even veg. and non veg snacks were being served in the same trolley, horrible) Nothing more to say!

Good location, good food…. Clean hotel… Room was clean but toilet had no AC or ventilation so was stinking and toilet seat wasn’t very clean… my room was 203… maybe there was issue in that room only. Lady staff who used to take clothes for ironing etc was well mannered and groomed. Liked her way of talking and greeting

I recently stayed at Hotel Pacific in Dehradun and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is located in a prime location in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for travelers to explore the nearby attractions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff and was efficiently checked in. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, and a clean en-suite bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was also a delight and offered a good variety of dishes to choose from. One of the highlights of my stay at Hotel Pacific was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and always willing to go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The hotel also has a fitness center and a rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The only minor hiccup during my stay was a minor delay in room service once, but it was promptly resolved by the attentive staff. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Pacific for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dehradun, and I rate my experience with the hotel at 4 out of 5 stars.

The hotel is quite dated. However, the rooms were clean n toilets smelt good. The people are the reception were understanding and nice. The Indian food at restaurant was awesome. A very pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's almost in the heart of the city. The parking space is wonderful and the welcome service and luggage handling is also wonderful, the rooms were not as good as the other aspects. The food was very tasty also, altogether a very warm and beautiful place.

2 march 2024,,,I attended a wedding reception here,, the snacks counter of veg was also slotted with one non-veg snacks...Being a vegetarian...its quite disappointing... Hope the problem would not be repeated... Visitors from every taste and faith must be well treated...

We stayed at hotel pacific on last weekend for a family vacation. It is Wonderful place to stay. Very cool and courteous staff. Good food. Very convenient location. We could walk to nearby places. We explored the tibetan and coulorfull paltan markets multiple times since these are at a walkable distance. It is very close to city center. Hece public transport services are easily accessible. had a great time here.🥳🥳
