FabHotel AV Royale - Hotels in Shakti Enclave, Dehradun

I had a wonderful stay at AV Royale Hotel Dehradun. It is situated in the middle of ISBT and railway station from where you can easily access anywhere. The hotel's charm and stunning views were matched by the exceptional service. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. Even the food at the hotel's Pind Balluchi restaurant was excellent also. All of the staff was polite & excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Dehradun. Thank you team AV Royale.!

Worst hotel not even worth of a penny their blanket stinks their washrooms are dirty as hell even their food stinks please I recommend you go look for any other hotel rather then this one

building looks good from outside but bedsheets are dirty with stain marks The Rooms are full if bedbugs, they purposely gave bad rooms so we upgrade to premium room. Owner has no idea about the undercut staff is doing. The flooring of the corridor and overall definitely needs cleaning. Staffs are rude They are asking for extra Money for small small requests.

Worst experience with the hotel, First we book the hotel via Agoda and paid the charges via online we reached hotel by 3 am no body was over there to attend and the hotel manager refused to give the room nor refund the payment. After an hour with alots of request and long harrasment they give us very small room ,and they even charged for breakfast but didnot provide as per mentioned, even after demand they provide us only pranthas, listed items are not available,u have to pay extra and asked us for checkout at 11 am. Untrained staff, fake deals, fake people, also totaly wastege of time and money.

1. Overcharges for everything and keeps saying random amounts for early checkin and late checkout. 2. Service is horrible. Random people keep entering the room without even knocking, receptionist kept switching off hall lights trying to save cents, and no cutlery provided when asked for. 3. The rooms are small and have no windows, even the bathrooms did not have any window or exhausts. 4. There is little to no security. Ground floor is under construction so reception is on 1st floor and anyone can just get on the lift from ground floor to reach the rooms directly. They didn’t care.
