Hotel President

We stayed in hotel president for a night only and in A.C. room but whole night there is no electricity and in the morning staff told us generator couldnt work because of showers whether there was no symtoms of rain outside and at 9am only permitted vanity area's light for take a bath only and they were collected whole amount at the time of booking , if any govt. Officials reading this then please take care of the cheaters

We stayed there for a night in a double (non ac.) for which they ask 700 regularly. The modern ac-rooms are much more costly though. The staff is generally very friendly, some of them even exceptionally kind and helpful. ||Our room was located in the old part of the building which is not renovated but clean and nice if you like it the old Indian way. Although being located in the Sharda market area, it can be quiet at night, if fellow guests are not disturbing.

The president hotel – Haldwani – India||Near the central bus station in Haldwani you will find Hotel president. This hotel offer standard single and double rooms (600-700 rs) and deluxe double rooms for 1485 rs. Extra bed can be added for 250 rs. Tax is not included and is about 10 %. ||After a little talk we get the deluxe double room with extra bed and incl tax for 1200 rs. My rating is for these rooms.||Looks a bargan but I still think it was to much. But the room was spacious enough with a TV, fan and airco. Beds are clean and comfortable enough. A writing desk and table and a low table and chair complete this room. Everything in the room is clean, just some dusty floor but that’s all. Bathroom is clean but not that well finished. Enough hot warm for 1 shower. ||Small menu for room service. The food is good and tasty for a good price. Personal is friendly and just willing to give you a good stay.||The deluxe rooms are just a little away from the noisy mainstreet. You hear just some sounds from the street. The standard rooms are situated at the absolute other end of the hotel. Not that safe in my opinion. More noises also. These rooms are not that clean. I compare it with a budget guesthouse.

I wanted to reach Nainital and arrived late night by train to Haldwani. A relative recommended this hotel and all I needed was to stay a night before leaving for Nainital.|| We had some food , room service , late night at 10.30 pm and the food was good. The rooms are not big but have decent decor. The AC worked well as did the boiler. Though the hotel is in a building it has a good lobby and atrium for a lot of light to filter through. We left the next morning after breakfast .||This is a good hotel if one intends to stay for a night or two . It's a basic hotel but at the price it's a steal. I will Definately stay here the next time I visit Nainital.

Hotel was looks good but when you enter into the hotel rooms you found actual problem, in bathroom lights are not properly working, no hot water, ac sounds noisy, and last staff are greedy. When after check out, in the evening I have requested to provide me room for change for an hour, they provide me to use their old room on second floor, but when I handed over the keys to reception man, he asked me 100 rupaye for as token of tip. I was totally shocked. Definitely I am not going to this hotel again, even when you ask for drinking water in room, they provide you unsealed bottle, but when you get your bills you have been charged for rs. 25 per bottle, something fishy.

This is a good hotel. Nice & clean rooms, in the center of the city. Housekeeping and room service staff was very courteous and polite. However, the person sitting at the reception (Prakash- I think is the name) was very rude. He kept arguing and responded very rude. ||||But, I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Very nice hotel.

Very bad experience....we just check out 1 hour late. But they charge us whole 2 day..... Also room was very dirty...staff was very rude....

the appearance of the hotel was very beautiful from outside and inside.location wise i would say perfect as well connected to all main road of the city.there are lots of shopping place around the hotel.the food was delightful with both veg and non veg.quality was excellent and no doubt delicious.room were big enough.cleanliness maintained but not upto mark.
