I visited this hotel. Rooms were good. Rooms service not good. Shortage of staff was seen. Experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. Food was ok but the service was poor. Every thing was given on demand even the water. Waited long for food. Overall experience seems ok if u have no other option.

The staff was very friendly. Even the food was amazing. The view from the balcony of my room was breathtaking. The rooms are value for money and the rooms were very cozy and amazing. If you are planning on going mussoorie do stay in this property you will not regret it. 👍🏻

It was a nice experience staying in this hotel. The hotel have a cafe at the terrace which is really very good the view and the ambience was great. The food served at the cafe was also delicious and healthy. Staff was also cooperative. The marketplace was also nearby. Overall it was a great experience.

Worst Management ever experienced in a lifetime, we were having a discussion over 3-4 hotels and told the management that we would take rooms but after not selecting their rooms they started creating ruckus on the road by telling they lost customers due to us, they even called 10-12 people immediately to fight Thank God we were saved by Police intervention I would recommend others to prefer other good hotels beside them Like Highlands with good management and food as well

It was a nice place to visit with your family. The food served at the rooftop cafe of the hotel serves really delicious food and the quality of the food was also good. The staff of the hotel was cooperative. Overall it was a nice experience.

Very peaceful palace.caffe roof top wonderful.food quality is awesome.rooms are neat & clean.we fully enjoyed with my family.one of my favourite palace.mallroad is just 3 km.Bike & Taxi akzo available.parking is best. Overall it's good experience in our tour.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. The staff was considerate and the view of the hotel was great. The quality and quantity of the food served was great it was damn tasty and fresh. Overall it was a great experience staying there.👍
