Misleading Photos: The pictures shown on the portal are highly misleading. They give the impression of a 3- or 4-star property, but in reality, it is more like a 1-star hotel. Incorrect Contact Details: The phone number and address provided on the portal belong to a different hotel. Google Maps won't take you to the correct location—you’ll have to find the actual number on your own and call to get directions. False Promises: It was mentioned that complimentary welcome drinks would be provided on arrival, but we received nothing. Good Food & Staff: One of the few positives—the food was good, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Poor Hygiene & Odour Issues: The entire hotel, including the café area and washrooms, had a persistent foul smell. The washroom was not clean either. When asked, the staff blamed the rainy weather, but I stayed at another hotel in Mussoorie during peak monsoon and faced no such issues there. Location & Parking: The hotel is about 5 km from Mall Road, located on a steep and narrow road. Parking is available, though the area is congested. Thankfully, the staff assist with parking. Unhygienic Café Area: The café area was consistently unclean and smelly, though the food served was quite good. Not Worth the Price: Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made

Our stay at this hotel in Mussoorie was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the start, the service was absolutely pathetic. The bathroom had leakage issues, the fan regulator didn’t work, and even the door knob was broken, making it unsafe. The room had a terrible stink throughout, and the water heater never worked despite repeated complaints. The staff was unresponsive and seemed indifferent to our problems. This place completely ruined our trip experience – would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We were not even compensated for the same despite multiple complaints!

I have booked this hotel directly after reading the review on Google. I surprise how they get the review. Only the smile of Shivam , nothing great about this property. Even the hotel is booked fully, they offer only one daal, one subji, and one paneer. Only boiled rice. And only roti or nann. That’s is Buffee is over. Same story about breakfast. And the hotel is far from Mussoorie so once you check in you don’t have any option . only to request them. And they will not lisioon. All staff are not up to mark. And interestly staff will take diner and breakfast with you instead of serving

Very bad experience.... Staff very bad except Mr Shivam Buffet was small only daal one sabji and rice ,roti..... I think this is not called buffet...No soup no starters .... Food is tasteless.... One person served food. Another had dinner and breakfast with guests instead serving The quality of room, food, and service was not up to the mark considering the price charged.

Recently I had stayed at this hotel. The views are breathtaking. Manager was very welcoming and offered us welcome drinks and also guided us about the places to visit. Had a comfortable stay. Recommended place

I booked this place during our visit and I must say that it is not worth spending money.. Terrible food and the rooms are not well kept.. dirty bedsheets, quilts, and quilt covers, pillows and pillows cover everything was in a terrible state, unwashed and that's how they got the room ready for us.. Not worthy of money.. do not stay here instead find a place near Landour or look for some other recommended stay but not this even if it's for a few hours as it is jot worth spending money at all.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE...

Rooms are very small. Smelly bathrooms. The food quality and taste is very bad. The location is not so good. This is not a 3 star hotel.

A great place to stay in Mussoorie. The staffs are well behaved and polite. The service is prompt and rooms are well maintained. Overall a really good experience.
