The location is around 6 km away from Mall Road, which is the only drawback of this hotel. However, the staff—especially Kunal sir—is very cooperative and friendly. Whatever we asked for, he made sure everything was arranged, always with a smile on his face. If you’re booking this hotel, make sure to include dinner in your package—you’ll love it! You can also order personally from the menu. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We started struggling even before the start of trip. it was hard to find way to hotel & the way is dangrous - even experienced driver can mislead and most chances of accident. About the hotel, it is having good infrastructure but lack of management. Hotel was uncleaned and we need to ask n number of time to clean it. No arrangement of driver, however after n number of request they accomodated anyhow. Worst part of management - light was not in hotel room for whole night. A stay without light in hotel when you are on trip. Management assures to take action but nothing is progressed. Food quality is average or below average, restaurant area is flooded with water in rain and having insect problem. We had our dinner in mobile light - totally a bad experience of stay in this hotel. Please think n number of times before you book a stay here

The hotel Staff were very good and polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile. However, the room could have been a bit more specious and well maintained for added comfort. Also, the taste of the food can be improved to match the overall quality of the service.

One of the best hotels in the area, the view was amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and hats off to the chef for the delicious food that was served. What else can I say? We got a great room; the view from the window was amazing. You can spend the whole day staring at the view and sipping tea. Also, the tea is fantastic here.

View through hotel window is just breathtiaking,Rooms looking wise good,but towels , bedsheets were ok. Food is very delicious,they prepare 3 to 5 variety breakfast. Hot water comes,over all service is good
