Hotel Classic Heights

I have been a regular to this hotel for the past 13 years! Everything about this place is perfect. -The location, you step out and you are on the Mall Road! -The staff, they treat you with so much love that it’s overwhelming! -The food, yummy! When we are there we always eat at the hotel, never outside, that’s how good it is! -The service, the best I have had in any of the hotels I’ve stayed at! -The view, beautiful! You can see the whole valley from the balcony which by the way had a swing too.. If you are looking for a convenient, affordable and a comfortable place to stay in Mussoorie, this is it..❤️

Hotel Classic Heights has truly exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills that made our every moment a delight. The hospitality was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable experience in a beautiful setting.

I wanted to share my recent experience at classic heights with you. Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The staff, manager, and receptionist were all incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like they were just taking advantage of the prime location of their property. The rooms were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and there were strong unpleasant smell. When we brought these issues up with the staff, they simply brushed it off and claimed that the rooms were regularly booked and in good condition. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and cleanliness at this hotel. I will not be recommending it to anyone in the future. It's a shame to see such dishonest and disrespectful behavior from the staff.

Pathetic hotel with no facilities. Staff behavior is very bad. Rooms are extremely in bad shape with stains on blanket and bedsheets. Keep in your mind that they not allow food from outside in hotel but you can bring alcohol and consume in hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. YOU WILL FIND TONS OF HOTEL IN THE SAME AREA WITH BETTER PRICE AND FACILITIES.

One of the worst decision of my life is to select this hotel to stay in Mussoorie. 1. Extremely bad room (Dirty and bad smell coming from room) 2. Stains on the comforter and bedsheet. 3. Hotel staff was rude and not friendly. 4. Outside food not allowed so either you have to eat food outside or buy from the hotel itself. 5. Dampness on the walls and some floor tiles are broken and not repaired. Better to stay in Dharamshala instead of choosing this hotel.
