Fabulous and courteous front desk staff particularly Mr Prakash, a fine gentleman. spic and span cleanliness, magnificent view. Restaurant has a grand ambience, also professional waiters & very favourable location. Mall Road starts from here, so you want face any challenge when Mall Road is closed for vehicles. Apart from just one thing, parking space would have added up to full marks!

Comfortable stay at the property, view is amazing from the Rooms on upper floor. Food is amazing and prime location near mall road.

Furniture are quite old and torn off at many places.. some bathroom tiles were broken .. only best thing about this was accessibility to market and located at the best place

Very bad experience, they are thieves . The whole room was leaking with water. They did not return my clothes that I forgot.

We visited last week and experince is great. Polite and humble staff... Good enough space in room and food also delicious.. Remarkable experince. Hotel is located in very nice location but issue is only parking.We visited restaurant also and Manager name Mohan attended us, he is really hospitality person.well done and keep it up.

Nice hotel view. Very friendly and polite people Mohan restaurant manager was indeed amazing. He told me which places to visit and what to take as souvenir from market Definitely I will come back and recommend to my friends

Worst staff ever met , Ac of our room was not working and after telling the issue the manager told us to open the window , provided us a table fan that too stopped working after 15 mins and they told us to adjust. After that i told them not to charge for the Ac room if they are unable to provide any solution. Manger on duty said we cant do any refund for the same , its a technical fault and started arguing with me and even said u can vacate the room at 12 pm midnight and were not ready to adjust the room rates according to non ac room. After alott of argument refunded me 700 . Worst place to stay at Mall road Mussorie. Please avoid this place if you dont want to waste your vacation with these ill mannared people who dont know how to talk and manage simple things with their guests. I checked in on 25/05/2024 ie. Saturday. The owner should check what is happening in the property . why are they giving rooms which is having technical faults at 4500 tariff. Why there staff is arguing with the guests.

Their is no parking no staff… located in market..no car parking..and they neither will help you with parking and luggage… so if you have your car and luggage never book this hotel otherwise you will get harrassed..hum 3 baje pahuche tab bhe room ready nai tha because they have no staff..very bad experience
