Hotel Savoy Residency | Mussoorie ( A Budget Property)

FRAUD PLACE, it shouldn't be called a hotel. the location is trash, it's not near mall road at all. images provided are fake, staff is unprofessional and unhelpful, they don't know how to run the place. upon reaching we received an overpriced room which didn't even have a lock. the room stank, bedsheets were DIRTY, no toiletries were provided, geyser, fan, lights, tv were not working. the kitchen was mouldy and stinky as well. there were bugs and spiders in the room. they took care keys for parking and the guy just vanished with our keys and didn't pick his phone for hours. we had to go by foot because of his foolishness and got our keys back by midnight. TERRIBLE PLACE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. please save yourself from this fraud, my money went to the sewers with this booking

Very bad experience, Did not expect this kind of service from such high valued hotel Also the staffs were not helpful And the rooms were not cleaned .Hairs were found in the bed I would advice from not considering this hotel when you are staying in Mussoorie

This hotel is located on the left side from Gandhi Chowk and in front of Hotel Prince, you can find it towards a small niche, this hotel is provided to you with good facilities in Damon. Do you have a room in the hotel for 700 to 800 rupees for one night which does not include your food, here you are also provided a scooter to roam around, this is done by the hotel itself.
