Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room we were given was a non-view room located almost in the basement. This room was very suffocating and lacked proper ventilation, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. The breathability issue was so severe that we had to check out earlier than planned and change our travel plans. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The linen and towels provided were not clean, and we had to request replacements. Despite this, the overall atmosphere of the room remained unpleasant. I strongly recommend that the hotel convert this particular room into a storeroom and refrain from offering it to guests. If they continue to provide such rooms, it will undoubtedly impact the hotel's overall rating. The food provided was average, nothing special to mention. Overall, I would advise future guests to ensure they are not placed in this suffocating room

Good stay. Rooms need some maintenance. Premium charged for rooms is not justified by the condition of rooms especially Deluxe category rooms, though premium rooms are better and also justify premium. Food is of good quality and taste. Few things like a room heater should be given as complimentary since a customer paying more than Rs. 4000 to Rs 6000 for a basic room does not expect to pay an additional charge for a room heater considering it is a hill station and temperatures normally remain low. We usually get an air conditioned room for this price and heating is also a part of the same considering the geographical location.

The room service was impeccable—quick, efficient, and always delivered with a warm smile. The food quality was exceptional, with every meal being a delightful experience, showcasing both taste and freshness. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering clean, cozy, and comfortable rooms. One of the standout features is the breathtaking view from the hotel, which captures the serene beauty of Mussoorie in all its glory. It’s truly a treat for the eyes and soul! Overall, Hotel Sky Lark exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect destination for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The room is very good and the balcony is best for vewing mountains ⛰️ and sight seeing .the food is great if u are coming in mussoorie u should try this hotel once in ur life the cleaniness is very well maintained .it's very near to Mall road you can easily walk by foot .|Thank you .|DR S HASAN |ALIGARH.

Beautiful property with friendly and cheerful staff. Nice Room amenities and service is top notch. Clean and tidy bathroom and comfy beds. Complete package to come and relax after hectic work-life. Mesmerizing view from restaurant terrace.Only drawback is location, bit difficult to walk back from Library Square, but walking down is still easy to Mall road (taxi to hotel will cost INR 250 from Mall road). But special thanks to Vinit @reception for cab and travel suggestions and to the Manager for checking on us every time.Highly recommended property for a budget friendly luxury stay. Must visit resort.

One of the best place to relax in the lap of nature. We opted for studio room and the moment we stepped in our private balcony we were like....What a view..... Our 15yr old enjoyed his sofa cum bed. The restaurant here serves most delicious food and the breakfast buffet is to die for. We enjoyed dinner with bon fire at the open restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the view is amazing. With ample parking space, you don't need to worry about your car. Just 10 mins walking to mall road and 30 mins drive to kempty falls, it was really easy to go anywhere. One can choose from various options. Overall a great place to unwind and relax.

The Hotel is so good and at a very perfect place for mountain views. The Room service is spontaneous and instantaneous. Food Delivered here was so pure and very delicious. Breakfast served here is so delicious. We Enjoyed the breakfast with mountain views. Here We meet with Durgesh Nautiyal Sir, whose behaviour is so honourable with us. All things are perfect and a very good place to stay here at Mansoorie.
